I go here at least once a week around 1pm. It’s not as bad going at noon. It’s worth it to wait an extra hour and beat most of the lunch rush.
Overall, decent food, except for the brown rice. I’ve tried it several times and it just never tastes good.

I picked up a large order for work a couple weeks ago and was super duper disappointed in the quality as was my coworkers. The chicken was super dry, I ordered avacado on the side and it was an old, bruised avacado. Safe to say I won’t be spending my money at waba grill anymore. Our company ended up ordering Boston market the following week and it was 300% better AND much cheaper. Stay way from this waba grill they just don’t care there.

I brought my 9yr old son and he loved his chicken bowl. I really am glad they have all the condiments on the counter, I have been at other waba’s and you have to wait and ask for soy sauce, ect. place is clean and still looks new. Staff was constantly cleaning and prepping food. I will be back.

Ate here tonight and it was about 7:45pm and both the steak and chicken were really dry. I think they must pre-​cook the meat and then heat it again on the grill. Not going back to this location, other Waba locations have always been good. This location was cleaner than others so I give it 2 stars.

Place is always packed between 12−1pm Monday-​Friday. They have healthier options which is nice. Order ahead in the phone. Place is clean and staff is friendly.

Disappointed and disgusted doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel right now. My coworkers and I visit this location frequently, but after today I know I will NEVER eat Waba ever again! We found maggots in our food and looking through the Unilocal reviews it seems like we are not the only ones! The manager, offered us a 20 $ gift card in return for our troubles but, seriously? Our bowls cost more than that! And after spitting out maggots do you really think we will ever come back? GROSS! NEGATIVE STARS!!!

I got a half chicken, half steak bowl… More like cartilage and steak bowl. I didn’t eat the chicken portion of the bowl and after seeing the disturbing pictures of maggots in the food I will never ever set foot at that location.
