Consistently horrible service, bs quality for the price paid… my husband and I were once loyal customers to this location, we used to visit the place at least once a week. But every since the original began to change to so the quality of the overall experience. We have since became loyal customers to Subway(the Day Creek/S. Highland location… Alexandra and Raymond make the best sandwiches if you decide to head over there instead) but since my husband and I were craving philly cheese steaks, we decided to give this place another try(horrible mistake, I should’ve went to Charley’s instead) As soon as we walked in a sloppy looking fat dude, with horrible acne didn’t even give us a proper greeting. He asked what sandwiches we wanted, wrote them down on a piece of paper and handed me the slip without saying a word. I looked at him and asked«what’s this for?» he told me to hand it to the cashier, I looked at him and asked«Aren’t you going to make our sandwiches?» He looked at me, rolled his crusty green eyes and said«Yes! But you need to give this to him» Since when did we have to do this unnecessary bs? Usually they make your sandwich as they take your order. At that moment, we should’ve just walked out by I was hoping that the sandwich would at least be worth the horrible service and attitude. Some other guy came out of the back and made my husband’s sandwich, meanwhile the meat for my chicken philly was just sitting on the counter not being prepped or cooked. Then once my husband’s sandwich was done and we paid… THEN he finally decided to start cooking my sandwich… we stood by the soda machines and waited for about 10 minutes(I wish I was making this up) while he was making my sandwich… then the lazy pos just melts some cheese on the chicken and places it on the bread… no lettuce, tomatoes(Mikes Way wasn’t even mentioned)…wraps it in some foil and hands it to me… like here you go! I basically paid $ 20+ for two dry 8″ subs that I could’ve gotten at Charley’s or Subway for under $ 15! Screw this place, I will NEVER step foot in another Jersey Mike’s location EVER again!

Finger lickin good. I take all my friends and coworkers who haven’t been there and they always leave wanting more after eating the regular size sub(good size for a single average person). Service is great, they have friendly and fast staff working there which makes it more fun to go there for lunch or in the evening. They have small, regular and jumbo size subs. The jumbo sub is awesome. Tried it once, was totally worth it. Ask em to make it Mike’s way(if they don’t ask you).

Love Jersey Mikes! I always get the #10 tuna fish. So fresh and the put it on thick unlike the new Jimmy Johns that opened locally. One of the workers was extra friendly asking about my day if I wanted sweetener for my ice tea. They are fairly quick here as well so even when there is a bit of a line it moves quickly. You can always phone in an order and pick it up to skip the line as well!

This location is a huge disappointment ! I was very hungry and thought I would drive there and see if they had a good pastrami sandwich. Once I got there… there was a line, I must say the workers were very slow. I ordered a pastrami rueben and I asked the gentleman if they had rye bread. He said yes they did. So I ordered it and waited. It took a while before I got my sandwich. Finally they called my name and I confirmed with the girl that it was a rueben on rye? She said it was on wheat. I said the gentleman said you had rye. and then she just kind of stood there with a blank look on her face and still tried to charge my credit card. I explained politely to her I didn’t want it on wheat. She made no offer to correct the issue so I left. I left will never go back there again… waste of 30 minutes of my life

FOLLOWUP1÷27÷2016 The District manager Kelvin called me to apologize. He offered to personally deliver lunch or a personal apology. I appreciated the gesture but politely refused. I love Jersey Mike’s its convenient, affordable and tasty. I hope we have a better experience next time around.

We went here last night for dinner. We always go to the one in Redlands Ca. Assuming it would be just as good as the Redlands, well not the case. First off the girl taking order, couldn’t speak properly, had to keep asking, «huh or excuse me» basically maybe 3 – 4 pieces for a foot long«no meat on our sandwiches. Had the club turkey, roast beef, bacon… Don’t waste your time here. When your in Redlands, treat yourself. Twice the meat, not stingy on anything.

I’ve had there hot subs before amazing, I absolutely recommend trying one of the hot subs but, there cold subs your better off going to subway, there’s very little toppings to choose from and the amount of meat they use here isn’t enough to even taste it through the bread

Have come here three times and first couple of times was good. But the third time this new girl with glasses made my sandwich all wrong. Forgot my pickles, banana peppers and red wine vinegar. Didnt look like she wanted to be there. I am a big fan of mikes but i was disappointed this time. Will continue to come however. But wont have that girl make my sandwich lol

So I was nervous to come here because of all the reviews claiming bad customer service, & close to closing time– however I gave it a chance… and I’m so glad I did! I wish I would have asked the names of the two ladies working tonight. They were both SONICE! One was blonde with a pony tail, talkative, attentive– seemed like the manager. She made my small sandwich and she was super nice! Then another girl, dark hair, had a small tattoo on her wrist(I think) and she was also a doll, she made my husbands sandwich!!! Both ladies made me and my husbands sandwiches quickly, but so friendly as well. talkative and just warm. Didn’t give off any bad vibes, we didn’t feel rushed. I’m very happy with my experience. And our sandwiches ROCK!!! Nomnomnom! Give this place a chance,!!! Two great workers exist here for sure. And they’re both ladies ;)!!

Ordered online and it was so easy. Got there exactly at the time I said it was going to be picked up and they were ready. The gal greeted me as soon as I walked in and helped me right away. She was very nice. She packed my order up and I was in and out of there in no more than 5 min. We ordered 3 cold subs and 1 hot sub. We took the sandwiches home and they were as fresh as if they were made and eaten right on the spot. They are good sandwiches, better quality than any subway, and the price is right for the quality.

First time coming here my daughter was super excited it being her second time. I ordered number #20 regular with sweet Louisiana tea and sea salt & vinegar chips. Everything was beyond delicious omg so good, and love you can earn points towards free food. That’s a major plus as I love earning & receiving free stuff. And not too far from home so a major bonus.

My husband is a huge fan of Jersey Mike’s, me not so much, so 3 stars to even it out. Service is nice and the quality is better than Subway. He gets the Big Kahuna Cheese steak every time and loves it. You choice of white or wheat, hot and cold sandwiches in 3 sizes. Prices are a bit steep, but they have a loyalty club and coupons which can save a few bucks. Everything is sliced and made to order but still moves pretty fast. Great location which makes for a perfect lunch time stop.

Best experience at a Jersey Mikes ever at this location in Rancho! The line went fast and the food was super fresh– as always. The difference was the staff. The guy helping us with our sandwiches told us all about the off the menu choices that we could get after we asked why there were such big gaps in the menu numbers(one was #23 and the #46 and then #99). I guess there’s a whole world of sandwiches that didn’t make it on the menu! The guy was really helpful and very quick about getting us our sandwiches. A++ for service!!! p. s. try the chicken and avocado as a wrap with some dijon mustard!

Far better than its competition… well, if you don’t feel like going to the Corner Deli. They really slice all meats & cheeses in front of you. I had it the Mike’s way & it was pretty tasty, although I’ll need to go lighter on the oil & vinegar stuff next time. The menu is just ok to me(I mean they’re subs), but everything the server was telling me about the secret menu sounds good. I had the California with turkey, provolone, bacon & avocado spread. That spread is guac heaven! They said they only have white cheeses? But isn’t pepperjack white? I’m not even a huge cheese fan, but pepperjack is usually a requirement for my sandwhich… on to the rest of the secret menu…

I like this place. I use to have to drive all the way to Riverside to get Jersey Mikes, but now I can just drive down to Ontario, which is really nice. The subs here are great. The employees here are ok. My last visit, this woman with a dermal anchor piercing on her cheek helped start my Dad and I with our sandwiches. She yawned when she was reaching for our bread, yawned when she was slicing the meats, and continued yawning about every minute she was helping us, it was really off putting. I’ve never experience that at any establishment before. I just imagined her hot breath all over my food, luckily I wanted a sub bad enough to stick around.

Best sub chain, and this new location is great! I’m so glad that Jersey Mike’s opened another Rancho location on 4th and Haven. Now I don’t have to go all the way to Vineyard for my fix! I think that Jersey Mike’s is the hands down winner for national sandwich chains. Since they came to our area, I haven’t even thought about Subway or Quiznos. I stopped in a couple nights ago to pick up sandwiches for dinner, and they did not disappoint! The service here is just as good as any of the other locations I have been to, and likewise with the quality of the finished product. Mike’s must have an excellent training program to get a new location up to a high standard so fast. Even though there were two other groups ahead of me, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I went with the #13 Original Italian as usual. Basically this is every Italian style meat in the case: ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni. I always get it Mike’s way plus mayo. Mike’s bread stands up better than any other chain bread, which is especially good considering how much oil and vinegar they put when you get it Mike’s way. They always do it the same way, another testament to the training details, and make two passes back and forth shaking the bottle a specific way that loads up the sandwich. Even with all that, it isn’t soggy by the time you get it home. The bread has a thicker crust to it than Subway or Quiznos and is a denser, chewier dough that I really like. There are some other really good sandwich shops that are small local chains or single store mom and pops, but for a nationwide sandwich chain, Mike’s is the best!
