Albertsons

Was really disappointed in a cake I ordered from this Albertson’s for my daughter’s birthday. The only reason I gave the 3 stars was for the inside of the cake… being that they were not stingie with the fresh strawberries and cake was moist. It was the decoration that I was disappointed in. I asked for an airbrush frosting or something to dress up the image cake, instead of it being white with a colored border. They went ahead and pretty much made a colored frosting. I’ve seen the reviews on here about the baker Gloria who does nice cakes and really gets down on the decorating. I don’t think she was the one who made our cake. It looks like the cake was rushed… uneven border, cake looked higher on one side than the other, blotches from printer on image, and they TYPED Happy Birthday message instead writing it out traditionally. I feel like whoever made this cake didn’t know anything about cakes and got stuck making it. I was pretty specific about them dressing it up so that it wouldn’t look so plain. All in all the outside of the cake looked rushed-​I would say I gave them plenty of time when I placed the order (3 – 4 days before I needed it) Dissapointed!

Ive been going to this Albertsons for over a year now. I like this grocery store because it has a gas station right next to it and it has self checkout but there are other reasons i prefer this store. The employees are always polite and professional. The store has a full deli and a starbucks. Albertsons is still albertsons though, the prices can be a little higher even on the smallets things but i still dont want to go anywhere else. The only strange thing is they dont have birthday or present bags. Cards and wrapping paper yes but youll have to head down to cvs to get a bag for a present. As far as groceries this is the best and fastest way to go. The deli has food to go like fried chicken, and salads, but they also have chicken wings to go. If im ever limited in time to cook i pick up somethjng from the deli.

Great location and shopping center. Staff are friendly and they always have everything I need is in stock.

I shopped at Stater’s for twenty-​eight years until Jack hired some guy to run the place and he started discontinuing anything that they weren’t making a fortune on. I started going to Albertsons to buy my Hebrew National salami and several other things that were no longer available at Stater’s. You know what? I found that Albertsons has great produce and meat and their sale prices are pretty good also. Other than a longer drive, I really haven’t found anything to knock the place for. I’ve been doing more and more of my shopping there.

Jose in the meat department was fantastic! Really went out of his way to assist us and make sure we received excellent customer service. Thank you, Jose!

Only Albertsons in my area is about 25 minutes away and I coupon so if I see a coupon I need or use I take a few and leave some for others who need them. So as we walk away from a stand after picking off a few coupons that we use a lot the store Director Larry Orrence comes by with such an attitude accusing my mother of taking tons of coupons when she only took 4! Need I mention there were about 20+ more coupons left! He made her give back two coupons. Don’t appreciate his disrespectful attitude and accusations.

I love my Albertsons store the store is soo clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Also a big bonus they don’t hassle me when using my coupons.

This is my favorite Albertsons. The courtesy clerks are super helpful and nice. There is a Starbucks and a bank located inside. There is also a good selection of fresh produce and meats. The cost is pretty reasonable. I like to shop here after I get my bulk stuff done at Costco

The store is always clean and the people are helpful, but what I like the most is the Starbucks baristas. Especially Dustin. He seems to always be in a great mood, very friendly and professional and they have PERFECTED the caramel macchiato!

This is a great location! Their bakery is by far one of the best! They recently began offering pre made sugar cookies and frosting… which my kids totally loved decorating tonight!
Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because their prices are much higher than a Ralph’s or Staters per say.
They do have a vast selection in the floral department and bakery. I value that and specifically visit this store because of these departments.

I love this Albertsons :) they’re so friendly and hospitable. I shop here about 3 to 4 times a week Everyone is always smiling and the store is always up to par, I really like fonz and Stephanie they always start a conversation with me. The prices are really convenient and I also love that the Starbucks is there.

What they have in the store is great, its clean and pretty much always stocked. I have been going there for years now and use to have a high regards for the employees. However, the employees have taken a turn in their customer service. Many of them are rude and unfriendly, specifically some of the ladies who work in the butcher department and where they prepare the cold-​cuts and chicken. Its like they’re just not happy working there. Sorry, but I don’t need that kind of shopping atmosphere. I must admit though the managers are still very nice and helpful, but still these employees make for an uncomfortable shopping experience. Hopefully they can get their act together I use to really like this market.

I like the Albertson’s but do yourself a favor and don’t go to this Starbucks. I went in here to get a drink with my Gift Card and the guy told me their scanner was broken so he couldn’t scan it but when I asked him if he could punch in the code, he lied and said «No». I’m not an idiot, you have a full blown computer in front of you and you can’t punch in a code? He also had a bitchy attitude about it & his «apology» was so flat. Not going back to this Starbucks, I’d rather go to Bad Ass Coffee which is in the same shopping center & actually has friendly service.
As for the Albertson’s, I will always return here! All the employees are super friendly without fail & very helpful! I’m always in & out and on my way at any hour!

They must not be doing good business… close at 10pm… 9:55 to be exact.
I only come here when they have a sale on Chicken when its $.99 lb. Otherwise I feel like their prices for produce are more than what I can find on sale at Ralphs or Sprouts… I would imagine their prices for other items may be comparable, but that’s really all I purchase at grocery stores.
Nothing else stood out like great customer service… as stated in my first sentence they had already closed before their closing time… didn’t realize they actually closed at 10 since the Ralphs down the street is open till 1am.

I shop here about 1 – 2 times per week. It’s one of the closest to home and its usually very clean and organized.
The times I’ve gone around 6ish during the week it has not been very busy. I usually see the same cashier which is good.
The selections for fruits is abundant however, kinda expensive. For a bag of seedless grapes I almost paid 9 dollars.
Look around the store they have discounted items towards the back near the yogurt section.
I have yet to see the bathrooms so I cannot comment on them.
The parking is never a problem.
Oh and there is a *bucks inside. Again haven’t ordered any drink from there but maybe in the near future.
This place is definitely well kept up.

I normally don’t shop here but when I do its ok.. It’s really slow. The Starbucks inside is busier than the check stands.
I also found out that you no longer need a club card to get savings. That’s cool!

Customer Service is a joke here.
The workers barely do the most minimal effort just to get you by. Couple days ago I went through the self check out and was having some problems paying. I noticed 3 employees standing around talking. Finally 1 comes over and fixes the register. It still wouldn’t let me pay, but she walked off to finish her conversation. I got mad and just walked off.
There’s 2 other Super Markets that are farther away, but I will definitely be going there from now on.

This is my favorite grocery store !!!
Their meat selection is plentiful and they will even custom cut your cut of choice.
The produce is plentiful and seems to be as fresh as picking it right off the tree.
The employees are always friendly and take the time to tell you where something is when you cant find it.
The store is always clean and have great displays which are usually my favorite munchies that make me plump.
Sure Albertsons is not the cheapest, but you usually don’t get quality with cheap.
It’s the corporations that inflate prices, Not the working for a living employees.
Job well done to the Managers and employees at the Kenyon store.
