The guy who came was very polite and did good work, but he left a pile of debris at every outlet he fixed, and he only had white replacements when they are supposed to offer ivory as well. The receptionist is polite at first, but if you question anything she says, she turns into a condescending jerk really fast. Also, she cancelled my appointment because I didn’t call back to confirm fast enough.

SMUD out sources to 3D Datacom for house calls that are part of their Home Power program. Half my house flipped out one day and none of the switches/​outlets would work. SMUD had 3D come out and work on the house. The 2 guys that came out meant business… they knew what they were doing, worked diligently and quickly, and were professional… boy was I grateful. I’ll definitely be using them for future electrical needs.
