It seemed I had gremlins in my house as most of my electronics were crashing in the past few months, including 2 laptops. My daughter with midterms coming up was of course freaking out about her laptop. So I searched and found IP Micro and called. Jim was awesome. He fixed my daughters laptop in 24 hrs at a very reasonable price. He also showed me how to correct my laptop’s minor but annoying issues in a few seconds. I’m planning on bringing in my desk top to have him tackle that as well. His office assistant/​greeter Ringo the dog is also very friendly and attentive. :D
