CubeSmart Self Storage

Convenient location and an awesome staff. I have found a home for all my Unilocal Schwag finally! I choose this CubeSmart since they had some great deals monthly and they are conveniently next to all the major highways. I actually had to change the size of my storage space after already setting everything up when I arrived since it was too small. The lady at the front desk was so easy to work with and had no problem switching out my storage space.
I’ve never had any issues getting in after hours. I set-​up auto-​pay online so I never have to worry about missing a payment. I always see the staff walking around the ground or cleaning up the place. I feel like my stuff is secure here and I don’t have to worry about it. I probably should have a climate controlled space which I don’t believe they offer at this facility but it’s working for me now so I’m keeping them

Prices are fabulous. The staff is honest, friendly, and helpful especially Rebecca Carter who goes out of her way to make you feel like a special customer. Premises are secure and easily accessed. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I highly recommend this location.

Decent facilities for storage. No humidity control, however, and the sliding door latches are rusty and hard to open.
If you are forgetful, like me, they will also call or email a reminder to pay.
