The Cats Meow Hair Studio

I am very upset about this hair stylist LaDiva Serina at The Cats Meow. I went to her asking if she does lace front weaves and where she is located. I have no idea if her 700 clients got to her head, but she is RUDE. She replied that «exact location stated» (which it is not on her facebook page) and that she doesn’t do lace fronts. YET, on her StyleSeat, she says she does. I even showed her pictures and she then acted like I said I wanted her to apply a wig, but I did not. She then kept CONTINUING to be rude towards me.
For someone who has 700 clients, you need to get it together sweetie. Your work is not ALL that. If you advertise something online, do it. Don’t say you do online on your StyleSeat, and then when confronted and asked about it, you all of a sudden dont do lace fronts or wigs (I didn’t even ask for one, but she says she does wig application as well). Unless those pictures are not even yours? If you are thinking about her doing your hair, be aware of her attitude and her supposed 700 clients (aka she don’t need you, you are not important or a valuable customer). I probably would not go to her if I were anyone else because of that and the possibility she is inauthentic and possibly incompetent in the hair weave profession.
I do hair as well back home in California, and I do hair well. I know how to do weaves and wigs and lace fronts. I thought I would give someone else a try. But chile, I would never be as rude as she was to me today. Whether you have 1 or 1000 clients, you need to treat people with respect. I have nothing to gain from this post at all. In fact, I am only in New York for 2 weeks and wanted to get my hair done while I was here. LOL.
For those who are going to her, you have been warned. Take that chance if you want to. Just because she says she has 700 clients, does not mean that they are RETURNING clients.
