This place is the best if you are looking for a relaxing, laid back night out with friends. Vibe and décor make it truly a great environment. Drinks happy hour ends at 9pm and you can bring your own food! Bartenders are super friendly and take the time to get to know their clients. If you’re looking for a good trivia night spot this is it! Monday nights at 8pm.

Definitely the most comfortable bar in Astoria, the ambiance and amazing décor is one of a kind. Me and my friends come religiously for Trivia night every Monday and also on the weekends because the bartender Chris is the best! We always stay long after Happy Hour is over, it has become our go to spot!

Love Love Love this place. Always good cocktails, you can bring your own food, or order in. Very cozy, perfect place to have drinks with friends, or go on a date. I’ve been here a few times, and the service is always good. The bartenders are always happy and attentive Chris is one of the bartenders, he’s super awesome. Last time I went it was trivia night, I sucked but everyone else was good lol Since we lost, we also got free shots! #Winning :)

My man Israel kills it at La Sala. Walked in here as an out-​of-​towner at 3AM on Christmas night and he made me feel right at home.

Really good place to be with friends, I really like the atmosphere and the style… Very friendly bartenders and even the owner is there to say hi! Not that far from the train and really good drink. Totally recommended :)

Good music, small space that gets VERY hot.
Terrible wine list that’s completely overpriced, no beers on tap, okay mixed drinks. Price for a bombay sapphire + tonic is $ 10 (average). If it wasn’t as crowded it would be a cool place to hang out, especially during happy hour. But people were sweating and a girl who was really smart thought to bring a paper fan and was vigorously fanning herself while perched next to the door.
I would say it’s pretty good for parties since there are couches and you can bring food in. Also the bartenders and workers are beyond nice.
Had a good time for a birthday party but probably won’t be back (plenty of other spots nearby).

Have come here many times, the vibes are always the same: Chill and Relaxed. Great selection of drinks, with great music to go along with it. Once you sit down in their plush couches there is no getting up so make sure you come with a friend (s) because you’re bound to have a good time.

I must hand it down this place is a small bar/​lounge, but the experience has been more than enjoyable than any kind of bar or lounge I’ve been to. The atmosphere has been the greatest. Not only that but they revolve around the customers, they make this an enjoyable time and they would interact with you. Everytime I would notice the bartenders would always be aware of how you are doing and making sure you have a drink in hand. They have several different events going on throughout the week, so making each day a unique experience. The bartenders are more than proficient in making several drinks and they are always willing to accomadate to making different drinks. Their specialty drinks are amazing starting with Spicy Cucumber Margarita and the Embargos Lift. I haven’t felt as comfortable to be drinking in a place as this. This is a place to come feel comfortable chit chat and make new friends. The name says it all «La Sala» the living room a place where all great interactions start and I am a more than happy customer to be here and I look forward to coming back in the future

If you don’t catch the steal of a happy hour, you’re not SOL. The couches, bar, or tables are all great places to grab a different drink — one of the house specialities is sangria (50% off a glass with a Unilocal check-​in) and the cocktails emphasize Latin American spirits and flavors. My favorite of these was The Embargo ($ 12), a vodka/​lemon/​mint fusion drink and my boyfriend really enjoyed the Spicy Cucumber Margarita (though a little pricier at $ 14).
The bartenders here are very friendly and attentive and between the chill atmosphere and great music it’s easy to have a pleasant evening. A hidden neighborhood gem!

Great neighborhood bar/​lounge. Found this place on Unilocal during the Summer and gave it a try, since then we have already gone back a few times more.
Cozy environment with comfortable laid back seats, you can dress up or dress down. Come as you are. The music depends on the night and so is the volume. During first our visit, they had a DJ, spinning 90s English and Spanish pop and alternative rock. While the volume was definitely too loud that night to hold a conversation but music was quite good for me to want to sing along while sipping their delicious cocktails.
Chris, the bartender, is awesome. He is attentive and really hospitable. He leaves his bar to check on us every once in a while and offers to bring water plus refills for us. Chris also makes great cocktails, my favorite is the old fashion with mezcal. Deliciiiiiiousss. Try it! (His martinis are good too).
The price of the cocktails are a bit more than what I was hoping for but the staff and the quality of drinks keep on bringing me back. (And honestly, being able to just walk home at the end of the night also helps).

Celebrated my friend’s birthday here! Had a really great time, the staff was attentive and helpful. The drinks were amazing and so was the music. We had a section all to ourselves (we were a pretty big group). Only downside is they don’t have food but honestly that shouldn’t stop anyone from coming here. They gave us champagne and cut the cake for us. We actually stayed until closing which is about 4am. The seats are comfortable and cozy, different chairs and couches but it adds to the uniqueness of the lounge.
Definitely going to come back here soon!

Came here for my cousin’s birthday bash on a Saturday evening, 21 + Lounge is a small and cozy bar that makes you feel that you’re at a friend’s apartment in Manhattan. The staff is very attentive, I can say it’s because the lounge is really small but no they really do love what they do and care for their customers. They open at 5pm and their happy hour is til 9pm all 7 days of the week, that’s right folks happy hour is EVERYDAY until 9pm (beers, sangria and certain liquor). I’m not sure if they have the dj there on weekdays but because this was Saturday evening they had a great dj playing everything from old school 90’s tunes to top 40 now.
They don’t offer any food but they give you their version of I guess pico de gallo and chips, their drinks are strong and Chris our bartender offer shots of Jalapeño cucumber Margarita that was absolutely delicious, I don’t even like anything spicy but it was so good that I had to order a glass of it.
This place is great for you to come and begin your night out in Astoria with either your significant other or catching up with a few friends.

A classy nook in Astoria. It’s tucked away on Crescent Street, and once you enter it kinda feels like entering a different atmosphere. The ambiance was cosy, sexy, and very friendly. When we walked in they had Noah playing on projection, which was pretty sweet.
We had some delicious drinks here (sangria, and the bartenders specialty martini) and enjoyed our time very much.
It’s like finding a speakeasy!

Great neighborhood bar. It’s really nicely decorated staff is really nice. Sad it’s always empty here although I know of like it because it’s quiet. Drinks are reasonably priced and it’s a block away from home. Nice place for a quiet drink alone or with friends/​date.

The drinks are really good. The atmosphere is very chill and low key. The ambiance is perfect. This is a very good date spot. Also if the music is well missed from r&b to pop to hip hop you can here it all. The crowd is diverse as well a, nice mix of people.

I absolutely love the vibe of this bar. It’s small intimate and low key place, perfect for you and one other to chill out and enjoy the drinks… This just might be my new spot!

Absolutely awesome spot in Astoria. The décor provides a warm, cozy ambiance that is truly one-​of-​a-​kind. The bartenders are attentive and great people with whom to chat. I had the sangria which was totally spot on — very delicious. They have other specialty drinks that I’m looking forward to trying as well.
Definitely a great location for a date, someplace to chill with friends, or have a birthday party.

I had the pleasure of working with the bar to throw a surprise party over the weekend, and it was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that it was memorable for everyone in attendance. From removing furniture, to cutting the cake, the service provided far exceeded that of your typical bar birthday party. We will all be back for sure.

Love this bar and the ambiance. It’s such a classy neighborhood bar with great drinks, an amazing atmosphere to just be out with your friends having some wine in a cozy place.
Their sangria is spot on. Despite having a smaller bar space, the bartenders were very friendly and made sure he covered the full bar so that everyone was taken care of.
