I had a surprisingly pleasant time purchasing what I needed at Sleepy’s during their Memorial Day sale. I ended up saving at least 75 dollars over a comparable purchase elsewhere, due in part to the assistance provided by the customer service representative Jerome Edgerton, who worked with me on the logistics and made sure that i was satisfied before I left the store. One small caveat: Sleepy’s should make every effort to modernize their computer system – it took a bit longer to process the sale than it needed to.

Wonderful experience. Completely professional. Clean and just an overall awesome experience. I strolled in on the last day of their presidents sale. The sales rep was extremely helpful and friendly. I’m fussy and was having a hard time picking one out because after my terrible experience with Bobs I wanted to make sure I got something good. He asked me how long I planned to use the mattress, what my price range was and what position I sleep in. We narrowed it down to two mattresses. He told me to lay on each one for 5 minutes or longer and that’d I’d know. Sure enough after 5 minutes on the first one I layed on the second one and knew it was the one for me! Wonderful! Reasonably priced and I got a 6 month 0 interest financing even though the bed was only $ 400. And this mattress is of great quality. You can tell it’s built to last and with a 10 year manufacturer guarantee you can’t go wrong. Very happy with my experience at this Sleepy’s.

The sales woman was so slimy and condescending, we didn’t stay in the store for any longer than 3 minutes. Wouldn’t go back in there or ever recommend this location.

This is the most pathetic store experience I ever had. This is the first review of my life, you can imagine my frustration. I am never coming back. Reasons for rating super low: 1. BADPRODUCTQUALITY: Stinky memory foam mattress, never buy a memory foam mattress especially from sleepy’s, definitely from this one 2. FUCKEDUPCUSTOMERSERVICE: I went to exchange the faulty product within time limit but they asked me for extra money(fucking $ 129) just because they cannot deliver the new product within 30 days time limit. Store people just gave me customer care number to further complain as if I have all the time in the world to do their shit job 3. NOTTRUSTWORTHY: I was informed that I can return the product within 30 days and get full refund, then when I went to return they told me i could just exchange. Then they are checking their idiotic computers and telling me that just because they cant deliver the product in time, I have to pay extra. 4.THEYTHINKTHEYARE A CHARITY: By comparing price to ikea, they feel like they are«helping» people(not doing their fucking business) 5. INSULTINGCUSTOMERS: After they cant sort out your problem, they will do a «courtesy» to provide a customer care number as if you are too dumb to find it online!
