McDonald’s

I have been going to the McDonalds for about two years now and today was the day I decided I had to write a Unilocal review. This McDonalds is astoundingly terrible. When I was being handed my food I tried to engage in a conversation with the girl giving me my food and she refused. No hello no thank you no have a great day. Flat out was silent the entire time. This was just todays encounter. EVERY time i go to this McDonalds someone treats me like I’m asking them to kill their child for me. I understand someone having a bad day but when every time I go to this place and every single person is having a bad day come on. One time I came during lunch hour and had to wait in line maybe 10 or more minutes just to be told to park my car and someone would come to give my food to me. 20 minutes later I go inside and they say they forgot and gave me a coupon. The next day I come in and the manager tells me that they cant let me redeem the coupon until the manager who issued it comes in because they don’t believe its real.
Food wise everything has a horrible after taste. I usually get a McFlurry and it is never stirred enough. The soda also never has enough syrup.
If it was possible to give a zero I would.

No matter if I go at 7 am, 7 pm, or 2 an it’s hit or miss…
Fries and nuggets are always soggy!!!
Always so slow!!! Always get soggy fries!!! & good luck trying to get breakfast anytime!!! Still a crap hole!!! Use to be good for a quick morning bite but has gone wayyyy downhill !!! #IWANTMYBREAKFASTANYTIME!!!

Drive thru open at 12:30 am. Give us a little credit Mickey D’s! Not everyone who comes thru at this hour is drunk or otherwise unable to tell the difference between hot and cold food. My double cheeseburger was cold. Bad, bad form. Also if I have to go back thru the drive thru, for salt & catsup, don’t make me wait until you complete the order for the guest BEHIND me to give me my catsup and salt. the only thing they have to focus on is the drive thru… at least try and get that right! SMH…

Horrible service. This place is run by morons.

This McDonald’s is so incredibly slow in the morning. It’s not even busy at 6:30 in the morning but yet I always find myself standing there for 10 minutes waiting. The homeless people always outside of this McDonald’s could do a better job at running this place, or at least offer them a job so you’re not so short staffed and slow!

2.5 stars for this slightly below average McDonalds. For the food, we got mcnuggets, bigmac, mcflurry, and apple pie… I’d give them 4 stars for quality! However, the restaurant itself had flies in it. The tables were pretty clean and staff friendly though. Overall, I’d come back since this is very local but there isn’t anything too special about this place.

Worst McDonald’s ever.
Service is very slow because typically they get your order wrong and you have to correct it at the first window. always check your order before you leave because typically By the time you get to the second window it’s still wrong. If it’s wrong by the time you get home don’t bother calling and telling the management because they will just be incredibly rude to you and insist that they did nothing wrong. I was told that I would have to bring my entire order back to have it corrected, I have three children under the age of five were starving at that point and I just had to give them half of what I paid for. I understand that occasionally mistakes happen but we’ve tried this four times in the last four months and each time there’s been a problem. Do yourself a favor and just find a different place to eat.

There was a time that I came to this McDonald’s on a somewhat regular basis for breakfast sandwiches on the weekends. Racing over before 10:30am always seemed a challenge but I was successful on a number of occasions in any case. I’ve never actually been inside this location but I am familiar with their drive-​thru.
The drive-​thru here can be a pain sometimes. Depending on which way you enter this extremely busy plaza its either quite easy to access it or you have to do a round-​about and loop-​de-​loop to position the car in the right direction. I have to say though, the landscaping within the drive-​thru is quite nice… a number of tall orange flowers line the bend in the summer months among a great deal of other greenery.
Service is «a-​ok» here. The line usually moves pretty quickly and my food is always warm and delivered as ordered. There’s plenty of parking to pull off and nab a few bites of fries before continuing on the road. Solid location if your looking for a quick, fast food bite to eat.

Ok, I don’t know if all McDonald’s are being told this now, but they actually introduce themselves when taking your order. It is something small but appreciated (even though it might be just instilled in them).
They are very quick here and have always taken my order correctly (rare for fast food).
They get a star peg taken down because their drive through area is a bit of a crapshoot, most McD’s keep their drive thru away from parking and deliveries, but here there is always blocking and potential accidents. I know it is the design of the area but they might want to consider a redesign as I have seen with lots of McD’s lately.
