Too bad I can’t enter a zero rating. I am an old old McDonalds customer and my experience at this place utterly turned me off on the whole corporation. The bitter coffee for breakfast is a big comedown from the delicious brewed coffee they used to have. The space cadet counter zombies set new levels for customer dis-service in the food. Industry. The third world refugee manager makes me appreciate Donald Trump as a presidential candidate. The food was edible, but not what we ordered. We have been stopping at the Jack in the Box restaurant across highway 380, when we choose fast food. Better service, decent coffee, competent counter persons, cleaner eating area. McDonalds is no longer our kind of place.

Recently moved to this area and I can honestly say that this should be torn down and rebuilt. This McDonald’s owner should be ashamed of himself to leave this so out of date! I guess they thought they could just put a coat of paint over the walls to freshen it up??? This McDonalds was I’m sure done in the 90’s when McDonalds’ Corp thought it was a good idea to make McDonald’s restaurants look fancy inside with chandeliers and dark wood walls??? The outside also looks run down! The food which usually is impossible to screw up was bad as well. I ordered 2 breakfast burritos at 7 in the morning and they were cold??? I won’t waste my time going here again for breakfast! There are other options. I will drive to the McKinney McDonald’s the next time I crave their food.

Quick drive through service. Getting in and out of this location can be a pain since it is connected to the side road through a gas station parking lot that sits right at the light making a left out of the lot tough.

Kudos to Mc D’s for hiring Seniors at this location. I don’t find my way to Princeton very often unless I’m visiting the hubby at work. I like to stop in and bring him coffee. I don’t bother with the drive thru here because it is ridiculously slow. Walking in is fine, as everyone says good morning and they make my hazelnut latte just the way I like it. They could easily get 4 stars if they could speed up the drive thru.

This McDonalds is just terrible. I don’t expect much from McDonald’s, usually just a smile and good attitude from an employee is enough. It’s unfortunate that this is the only one around here. I have been here twice now and both times, service was super slow, staff was rude, and my order was messed up. It’s McDonald’s, it’s not hard. I doubt I’ll be returning. Id rather drive 30 minutes than wait in this drive thru for sub par food any longer.

I am referring to Princeton location ONLY. I love love McDonald’s. I learned amazing work ethic through my own employment experience. We stopped in to use the bathroom and get a few meals. Honestly, we were appalled by what we had seen. Sad deal! Extreme filth. Baby changing station and toilet were gross. Half open Mr. Jims pizza box on the counter on the right of the cup dispenser. Floor was littered with bags, trash, fries, and crumbs. There was ketchup splattered down the side of where the cup dispenser is. The fry station had crumbs everywhere, where you take the baskets from the oil. There was a young man hust standing around. He could have been wiping and sweeping. A rude young woman, obviously stressed. She was working her tail off. When we left, there was Mr. Jims pizza on a lobby table on a napkin. Management needs to take charge, BIGTIME. Intervention! Unilocal reviews are horrible!

Waited in line for nearly 10 minutes waiting to get a large sweet tea. I wanted to go inside, but it was after hours, and the doors were locked. I, along with a few other cars waiting in drive thru, drove off after waiting for so long. Now I see why they have a «now hiring» banner hanging in front of their restaurant. They need all of the help that they can get!

Stopped by for a late lunch last week. Service was good — friendly, fast, and efficient. Ordered a McChicken, sm. Fries, and Lg. DP. All was as should be.

The drive thru was horrible. We wanted 2 Mcchicken French fries apple pie and chicken nuggets and when we get there they say that they ran out if apple pies and they said if you want we can give you something else. We just said that forget our order and we drove away. The take out and done in is good but some people give attitude and some don’t.

I agree with Michael on the slow service. Not really a need to comment on «hillbilly.» Princeton is a country town dude. I did actually go there today and the young man who took my order was very friendly. My fries were cold and they promptly replaced them with hot ones. My husband worked for McDonald’s many years ago and we laugh whenever we get a dipped cone because you never know what it’s going to look like. I guess they don’t train on making cones or dipping anymore! Lol 12/29/2015 Update The service has gotten really bad at this McDonalds. Rarely is anyone friendly. I went through today and the gal at the window looked at her screen and said, «Oh sh*t!» Very unprofessional. Also, there was another gal all the way at the front of the restaurant yelling extremely loud to the gal who was taking my order. She could have walked back and talked to her. This place is out of control. It was also that way one time when I went inside to order and dine in. Lots of clowning around, yelling, etc. The past several times we’ve ordered, either something in our order was completely missing or we were given the wrong item. I’d say about 75−80% of the time our order is either incorrect or the food is not even hot. The last straw was today’s order and poor service. I ordered a McDouble with Big Mac sauce instead of ketchup and mustard and when I took a bite, there was a big glob of tartar sauce on it. I nearly threw up. I finally went online to do their survey, which I should have done a long time ago. I don’t know who is managing this place, but something needs to be done. Terrible, terrible, terrible!!!

Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to in the area. Service is always ridiculously slow. Especially the drive-thru. People act like they could care less about anything there and not to mention on the weekends it is High School hillbilly/loud stinky exhaust truck hang out for all the kiddies. I know there isn’t anything to do but there has to be other things to do other than hang out in a McDonald’s parking lot. Place needs a complete re-staffing IMHO.
