Notorious for missing items and getting your order wrong, just make sure you sit at the window and double check everything. If you don’t you will have to go inside and wait, and wait and wait for it to be corrected. A solution for this problem would be for the employees to use common sense, be able to understand the difference between yes/no and ½. This job isn’t that hard, but what can you do. Better pay them $ 15/hr.

My new favorite fast food restaurant/chain. For over 40 years I used to look for the golden arches. Then the coffee turned bitter and the service declined. I used to stop at Jack in the box for a Sourdough breakfast sandwich. I like the mild arabic coffee and the self service refill at Jack’s. The Sour Dough breakfast sandwich is still delicious. The rest of the menu is good. The counter help are polite, and listen to you when you order. You get what you asked for. The dining area is clean. the food is very tasty. Jack in the Box is a good quick food dining experience.

I have to update my previous review because service has gotten a lot better. Much friendlier than before. Have not received incorrect orders in a while. Food hot and delicious. Wait time is less. They definitely seem like they are way better managed. Good job!

Service was quick, accurate and polite at the counter(though communication was tough). The associate accommodated my need to swap out the sesame seed buns with no issue.

Late night visit(11pm Saturday). From the drive thru it didn’t look particularly clean. They remembered to give us sour cream, which I appreciate. The chicken fajita pita was pretty spicy but delicious.
