We were in Prescott for our 39th wedding anniversary. We purchased our tickets on line(front row seats #8&9)!!! We were so excited! However upon our arrival we found someone already sitting in our seats. Seem the seats were double booked. The other people were season ticket holders. We were offered comp tickets for another show and we could stay and watch the show from the last row with a blocked few. Since we are from out of town we decided to stay to watch the performance. We are promised someone will be calling us. Not a good evening for us! No one other than volunteers helped us! May have been better and surely would have been great customer care if someone in charge had spoken with us directly on the night it happened! Left us feeling disappointed!

Presenting great performances with some fantastic local talents. I have over the years attended every type of «staging» from Prescott’s Ghost Talk(a presentation of local ghost lore during October) to The Kids Next Door(first play I ever saw as a child(in D.C.)), which sparked my passion for theater. The venue is in an historic church in Downtown Prescott, and honestly there are only two bad seats in the house, due to the church refit. Have dinner or cocktails before of after, the theater is in walking distance and even has a small gallery on the ground floor.
