Worst experience with the new owner. I wait every time I go in for a mani-​pedicure, which I don’t mind. Today, I was 8 minutes late and he couldn’t do my manicure because of another customer.
20 minutes after my pedicure, I left and still no customer. He was upset because I chose to have Tina, not his wife do my waxing.
Until they sell I won’t be back.

I am so entirely sick of this place! Every time I go in they are too busy, but they only have a few staff members on.
When I went in they told my 15 minutes… 45 minutes later I just left without service.
The next time I got smart and made an appointment. Before the man ran my care I asked if I could tip on the receipt. He said yes. So he came back with the receipt with no where to tip. I asked where to put the tip. He rolled his eyes and got so pissed. I told him I would be back the next day.
Moral of the story I haven’t been back since until today.
Today I went in and just like always two or three staff members and no time for me. So I give up! They do a good job on nails, but I’m so sick of this up and down around bull.

Terrible, terrible and terrible.
The guy started cutting my nails way too short and after instructing him not to, he became angry and still cut them too short. He refused to give me his name or to show me his license.
I reported my experience to the State licensing board

Was good would liked the massage to last longer loved the hot rocks good selection of color

Make sure you look at prices before you agree with services. I had a pedicure and a male trimmed me so close my toes hurt. Charged 25.00 without tip I had to request my change as he had thought it was for him. Going price for pedicure 20 – 22.

I will never go to this place again. I have been going to them for a couple month for my nails since moving here from California I called to make apt just for a polish change they rushed an complained the whole time I was their an charges me 43.00 just for a polish change. That is stupid high. Never again.

Worst pedicure I have every had. Guy who did my pedicure did not even use cuticle softener. When I declined the callus remover treatment using a cheese grader (for an extra charge), he simply washed the bottom of my feel. After waiting 15 minutes after my appointment time, he was done in 15 minutes. Don’t waste your time or money on this salon.

Showed up with no appointment at about 530. they close at 630. 4 of us 2 pedis and 2 manicures. Waited just 5 minutes and the fit us all in! Had an excellent experience. great services and so friendly. I had the manicure from Vince aka Mr. Handsome. My mom and sister both had the pedicure, one had Judy who was very outgoing and funny, she had a GREAT massage:)
Highly recommend!

Shotty pedicure job and the guy spent a total of 3 minutes massaging my feet and legs… I had the same guy on both visits.
Second time here and both times were equally poor service. I’m never coming back here again.
The wait was not bad. I walked in and got to a chair right away. 1 star for that.

By far the worst salon I’ve ever been too. Poor customer service, very dirty, I went for and gel mani on the forth of July it was busy. The lady said it would be a ten min wait maybe even less she said, I waited over 20 min to get helped. The lady that did my nails was unfocused and very rough on my nails. The mani was horrible! Got gel all over my cuticles, forgot to alcohol one of my hands after she finished I had to remind her. Don’t ever go here. I will never step foot in this door. I would give zero stars if I could!

I got talked into going by my wife… and really felt kind of weird… you know… a manly man going to a place like THAT! Surprisingly, they were able to make me feel quite comfortable and relaxed. After a bit I began to feel pampered… and then started to feel like Don Corleone, the Godfather:). The others being tended to looked very content with their treatment too.
Needless to say I have gotten over the macho feeling of not being caught in such a place and find myself going at least once a month. My feet have never felt better and my hands have never looked so good.
The only drawback was having to hear my wife say «SEE! I told you so!!»

Very friendly. Had delux mani-​pedi with salt scrub and paraffin. Comfy programmable massage chairs. Have had 5 – 6 pedis here, always good experience.
