This place is trying to be like submarina but not even close. i ordered a roast beef sandwich and said where’s the beef? they definitely skimp on their meat and bread was dry. wont be coming back!

I used to go to the PB location at least twice a week, sad to see that location closed but the subs are amazing. The squaw bread is to die for!!!

Love this place for a quick healthy lunch. Lots of fresh veggies and meat options. The bread is always super fresh unlike some other sandwich chains. There are a few tables inside and a nice patio outside when it’s not too hot. It’s also in a convenient location very close to Vons. Poor boys over subway any day.

Not bad for the price, but its very dirty feeling. Inside of the restaurant was smelly and not clean looking. The outside patio was not clean and trash was overflowing from the trash can.

Love this sandwich place! My go to for quick, easy and delicious subs! Never a long line and if there was a line, they move pretty quickly. I always get the TCAB sub but I’ve heard the belly buster is also a good choice too! Plenty of parking and they have outdoor seating on their side patio area as well.

I love this place so, so much. We eat here all the time and the sandwiches are always delicious. The bread is particularly good. The staff is friendly and they keep the place clean. If you want a good sandwich go here!

Amazing subs! Super fresh ingredients and bread. So much better than the competition like Subway and Submarina. Little bit more expensive, but I really don’t mind as the quality is way up and the sandwiches are huge. Will be my go-​to for subs now.

I come here once or twice a month. Awesome sandwich for a great price. Always great customer service from everyone there. I usually get the turkey with bacon and avocado on squa bread. Lots of other choices though.

I have been going to this Poor Boys since they first opened. I have had the VIP card which gives me a great deal on any sub, drink and chips that I want. I went in today, ordered my sandwich, then went to pay. I showed my VIP card, and the cashier told me that they stopped taking that card. (Which has no expiration date)
Instead of her ringing me up full price for the sub, chips and drink, she should have given me the old discount this one last time and then at least this way I would know for all future visits. But because I was charged full price, and the only reason I have gone in the past was for the discount on the sandwich I like, I will now never come back to poor boys anymore. Subway will now get all my business.
Something as simple as accepting my discount one last time could have made me feel special enough to come back. I’m one for good customer service. Sorry

Such a tiny place, yet the sandwiches are to die for.
Went here last summer. Employees were super friendly, and made the food very quickly and efficiently.
Lots of choices, all the food is fresh, the potato salad tastes homemade (which is great!), and they slice the meat right in front of you.
Very great! Two thumbs up from me!

I wouldn’t say this is a gourmet sandwich place by any means but as a local alternative to the Subway giant, it does ok. I appreciate them slicing my meat to order like a real deli instead of the pre prepared stuff at subway. Rather small seating area though. A place I’ d frequent from time to time I suppose.
