they’ve improved quite a bit since they first opened. in the beginning, they consistently would get my tea order wrong. Now things seem to be much smoother, and they probably make my tea the best out of all the Dunkin Donuts in the area. Sometimes the service leaves a little something to be desired though — sometimes you feel like you’re interrupting them during personal conversations, that they’d rather be socializing rather than working.

Definitely the best staff at any DD I’ve been to. Food and drinks come out super fast. And I also love that it is right by my office.
One tip: if you get cream cheese, make sure you get extra because they are very stingy with the amount they give you…
