I have eaten at Crew three time and the food has always been delicious. The staff is very polite and they don’t rush you. This last time I had lunch with a friend and it was nice to be able to sit and talk without feeling pushed to leave. We had tai carrot soup and really enjoyed it. I will definitely go again.

Great little lunch spot. The sandwiches and salads are fresh and delicious. A little pricey, but the quality of the food is worth it. Seating is tight… I can’t help but feel like I am eating lunch with the neighboring tables. Otherwise, pleasant dining experience. I haven’t tried Crew for dinner yet as there always seems to be a ridiculous wait time. I’ll update if I ever get to try it… or, you know, make a reservation like a normal person.

Small place but excellent service, food and atmosphere. Went on a Saturday night with a friend. Both really enjoyed our meals. Price wise 2 people, fish and steak no drinks just soda plus appetizer was $ 95. Would I go back? No question, yes!

Really cool little spot you wouldn’t expect much from, but these guys always deliver. Glad to hear they recently expanded, because they definitely needed the extra elbow room.

Not a huge menu, but the food was good. Kind of a small restaurant but we didn’t have a problem getting a seat.

Amazing food, amazing service, and amazing atmosphere. Always a delicious meal, whether I come for lunch or dinner. Recently went for my 21st birthday dinner and our wonderful waitress went above and beyond to make my night a special one. Highly recommended the ahi tuna tacos, goat cheese wontons and the filet mignon as an entrée!

It feels like a little piece of nyc. Great food. Enjoy it every time I come. Do think their knowledge in drinks can be a bit more polished. Some food can be a bit heavy on the butter and cream. Still searching for a good tasty option at this place. Either way I love it.

Amazing food. Great atmosphere. But TERRIBLE service. It’s actually disheartening how bad the service is because the food is so good. I’ve gone and had to ask our server for lemon 3 separate times before she got it for us, waited over an hour for food… It’s terrible. But, the spinach dip and chicken satay make me want to come back. Just plan on staying a while

I have been here once and seem to have had a different experience from most others. Nothing was BAD, nothing was great. It was just fine. The restaurant is in a bad location but I am not knocking any points off for that. The interior is very nicely decorated, something you would not expect from the exterior. I had the Spinach Dip and the Pulled Pork Sandwich. Spinach Dip was fairly generic with a decent portion served. The Pulled Pork Sandwich was good, nothing great. Nothing stood out at all. We were in on a busy night so service was a little slow. Nothing terrible, just slow. Overall, everything was fine. No good takeaways, no bad takeaways.

This restaurant is amazing. If you are the kind of person that loves great food, friendly bartenders, and beautiful servers, then you will be happy at Crew. The food is AMAZING. I have loved everything I’ve ordered, but the seafood seems especially incredible. Sit at the bar and enjoy friendly company from the patrons, bartenders, and beautiful hostesses.

It’s too bad Crew is located in a strip mall, it would be better suited as a cozy stand-alone and not off a six lane highway. As we have stated other reviews, we can’t express the importance of good design. The interior is very nice, classy, and well lit. The menu is poorly designed and the food is a bit over-priced for the area. We used to frequent Crew fairly often, but our last experience left us with a bad taste in our mouth quite literally; the dozen oysters we ordered: all had shell shards in them and about five had turned. We sent those five back only to get two more that had turned. Our advice, get fresher seafood and don’t sit on it for too long.

This is a great place to relax and unwind with great drinks and food. The food is amazing and the service as well. Such great hospitality. It is always busy and that is why. The staff cannot be any better. I have never had a bad meal there. Keep on rockin it Crew. Shout out to Becky for the amazing service each and everytime.

Went here tonight with coworkers and the experience was less than optimal. We ordered drinks — a Jack and coke, crown and water and Bombay and tonic. Three drinks, three different people. One conclusion: the drinks were extremely weak with only a hint of liquor. We brought this to the attention of the waitress who seemed annoyed that we had anything to say. Her only comment was that I ordered a Crown and water so it should be clear(instead of Amber). We disagreed with her assessment and she left without a word. 5 mins later with no manager appearance or concern from wait staff. We requested the bartender come to the table. He then defended his pours, said there was nothing he could do and that was it. No apologies, no offer of better drinks. Nothing. Waitress ignored the issue the rest of the night. The food: I had the seared redfish. The fish was bland. Really bland. It needed spice. The rice was awesome as was the bok choy, but the star of the show was not worth the price. Others had various pastas of which no one finished half of. The sun dried tomato pasta was missing the sun dried tomatoes. The bread was good! I dined here on a previous work trip and the experience was great. That was then and this is now. I will not return. If the staff had showed even a little concern I could over look it. But the service was lacking and haughty. I can use my expense account at far better establishments.

I’m willing to overlook that I feel some(but not all) of the food and drink here is a bit more than I would expect to pay, because this place is just so good overall. There’s quality in the food, the service, the atmosphere — it’s a total package and in that way you get your money’s worth. The drinks are one area where I feel they’re 10−20% more than I would expect, and it amazes me these days what can be labeled as a «martini.» The cocktails are so good, but when the cost of 2 would be about as much as the cost of my meal, I think not. The menu has what I would call good upscale comfort food(well… I’m not sure if duck is technically a comfort food, but yay duck!). And everything really hit the spot. I wanted to try some of the appetizers too, but unfortunately I knew I would not have enough room(besides, I wanted the«martini»). The tables are close together, but at least for us, I did not feel like the noise carried too much between tables. If that’s a concern, I suppose you can try the smaller back room.

Little gem nestled away in a strip mall. Unfortunately all too common, nice eatery with very nice staff in a bad location. Route 9 is just not the best scene for a nice dinner. The food was above average for area, nice selection of brews and wine with a pretty eclectic menu selection. The duck was smashing and well presented. Homemade mozzarella was awesome too. Only complaint is that it took solid 35 minutes for entrees to reach us. But the cute waitresses kept fluids flowing. Give it a shot.

Food was excellent. The ambiance is romantic and low key. The salmon fritters were not greasy at all and were absolutely delicious. I ordered the salmon dinner without the rice and I was very happy. The salmon was seasoned and cooked perfectly. My date ordered the pulled pork — I, of course, Tried some and was impressed. I did order a side of Coke slaw and was charged $ 5 which I think is a little insane for a tiny side… especially since we ordered apps, drinks, and dinner. It is a little pricey but overall, a good experience. Highly recommend — just don’t rider a side of Cole slaw!!! Just get another drink instead. With the app, drinks, and dinner we paid about $ 90 — not bad!

Hearing the word ‘crew’ used to trigger one of two images in my mind — a military crew cut if I’d thought of getting a haircut as of late, or a bunch of brolic men feverishly rowing in a boat a la that facebook movie. No longer! I can now add the inside of Crew Restaurant to that list of images. I came here for the first time with my father for dinner and was impressed by the Manhattan-esque lounge décor considering the upstate locale. The place is rather small but wasn’t too crowded on a Tuesday night and allowed for a nice, ambient two-person dining experience. My Pulled Pork Sandwich painted my palate pleasant with a plethora of flavors and textures all nearly perfect. My father’s shrimp and clam pesto linguine on the other hand was rather salty, yet still passable. A solid four-star experience. Impressed by the intimate seating atmosphere, I returned two days later with my girlfriend. She had been pointing out my weight-gain all week so I passively punished her by not warning her when she picked the shrimp and clam pesto linguine that it would be a bit salty. And indeed it did come yet again a bit too salty! My Black Angus Steak Frites were quite delectable, however, and being the gallant gentleman that I am, I wafted some of the scent over the candlelit table towards her nostrils so she could share in the experience. Just kidding. I let her have a bite. A small one. Overall Experience: 3.84÷5.00

While visiting my husband’s aunt and uncle that live in Poughkeepsie, they wanted to take us to one of their favorite places for dinner. It doesn’t look like much on the outside, but it’s decorated nicely inside. Love the open kitchen too. Our dinner and service was outstanding. I had the pesto linguine with clams, husband the organic chicken, and my brother in law had the cedar planked salmon. All of our dishes were delicious! Chef and owner kept stopping by to make sure everything was good. Def recommend this restaurant when in the area!

I really enjoyed this meal. It looks like a lot of other people really enjoy their meals here too based on reviews. We had the fish tacos and the goat cheese wonton’s first and they were REALLY good. I was trying to be «good» meaning not eat like a pig so I opted for a salad with the steak. Was so super good but the portion size of the steak for the price was off. That’s why they lost a star– just cause it’s a bit pricy. TOTALLY worth it, amazing meal, awesome service, clean, desserts to die for… but you will spend some cash. Beer selection alone is a reason to go… and I can’t wait to go back.

Unilocal family, you never let me down! Last night hubby and I were headed to a different restaurant but once we got there they were closed bc it was a Monday. A big oops on my part for not checking their hours. I did a quick search and up popped Crew(which I’ve had booked marked for a long time). We were seated right away at the table closest to the window. Started with a bottle of Diseno, Malbec(one of our favorite wines). This restaurant has a pretty large wine list so it took us a good minute to pick a bottle we wanted. After we places our order our waitress brought us a roll sliced into 4 pieces with this delicious sweet butter. For our appetizer we started with the Chicken Satay. It came with 3 pieces and Peanut Dipping Sauce(delicious). For our Entrees Hubby had the Salmon which he liked very much and I had the Black Angus Steak Frites. It was very good(a little over salted for my taste but overall the food was just so good I’m not deducting a point for that). For dessert we had the Winter Crisp which was a mixture of berries and figs topped with a scoop of ice cream and whipped cream — also very good.(Also 2 cups of coffee — the coffee was strong which I normally like but since I drank this at 9pm it kept me awake all night, I should have ordered decaf.) The restaurant itself is trendy and cozy with great service. Our waitress was always checking on us. In total our bill came to $ 106 — not bad considering we had a 3 course meal and a bottle of wine.
