Zoom Care is the best! I’ve been treated for things like GI problems to eye infections. I’m always in and out in less than 30 minutes and they even had my meds in office. The staff is wonderful and I never feel I’ve seen someone less qualified just because it’s quick and easy — if anything, they are better than any GP I’ve seen. I’m so grateful to have them, a total lifesaver!

I have to admit I was worried I was going to get a shiny, happy front office but once I was in the examining room I’d wind up with an inexperienced nurse practitioner who would be of little help. But to my surprise, Ryan (physician’s assistant) was super knowledgable about my condition, and not only verified what I thought was going on, but added his insight and a few suggestions that are helping out great.
You’re seen within a few minutes of your appointment time, and upcoming appointments are posted on a large screen in the waiting room. Very Apple Genius Bar, and very much appreciated. It shows they are on top of their schedule (although I may have screwed things up with my rambling). ;^)
Highly recommended, as this clinic runs a very tight ship!

We had to go to Zoomcare for an emergency URI. My husband and I were totally exhausted from a long week at work, and were dreading sitting in a waiting room for hours on end.
Little did we know, we would do NO such thing! We arrived and the facility was super clean! Receptionist offered us tea and water, and helped us right away. We were so surprised! Like hey, this is SUPER convenient and friendly! Hubb was seen right away. Doctor and nurses were friendly and really listened to us. They dealt with us in a compassionate and caring way. Doc even got my husband to laugh, even though he was feeling awful. They treated my Hubb and we were done within AN HOUR.. (Happy) Disbelief and awe!!!
Zoomcare, thank you!!! You made a stressful and dreaded situation absolutely wonderful and convenient. If we ever need urgent care again, we will always choose you first!!!

I’ve been to this zoomcare about four times in the last month or so (it’s been one of those months) for various ailments. They have taken great care of me every time! I’ve see Ryan Cain, PA the most & think he’s wonderful. He’s personable, thorough and seems to respect and trust his patients to be aware of their health needs. Ryan is funny, takes great care of me, and isn’t condescending when he talks to me, a rare gift in healthcare providers.

Blair was awesome! She definitely gave me some great advice on my dizzy spell. Aaron in the front desk was great too! Worth going to.

Great experience my first time here. I had just changed insurance and my usual provider was no longer covered. They squeezed me in at the last minute on the same day here. They even let me email a photo of my insurance card to them when I booked to expedite things and ensure they could verify my coverage before the insurance offices closed since my appt was so late — and so I wouldn’t be charged full price. This was very considerate and helpful. Upon arrival the office was very clean, friendly staff, and no wait. I was seen right away by the PA and he was very friendly and knowledgable. I definitely recommend ZoomCare, and plan to come here more as needed myself. I had a great experience (aside from the bronchitis).

Though it is not on Cigna’s list (I have no idea why since it’s the only late night quick care you can get to and it is much, much cheaper than an ER visit) it is worth the cash to go. You get there and are seen quickly, the doc takes time with you, they even had our medication right there. It’s the easiest doc visit for a simple thing I have ever done.

I got a crash course in Zoom clinic offerings: A video appointment, an irl appointment, and meds – and after all that I have to say, this was THE BEST medical care I’ve ever received. It’s the first clinic I’ve ever used that uses tech to the fullest. You can make appointments online, if they need to give you a quick, say, vision test as they did with me, they can pull it up on an iPad in two seconds and you get started. I was in and out in twenty minutes, they had the meds I needed right there, so I didn’t have to run out to a pharmacy. I believe my NP (or PAC?) was April. She was absolutely wonderful.

The people who work at this location are amazing! Very attentive and prompt. Had a great experience with my doctor (I can’t remember her name)

Thanks for taking care for me fast and cheap!!! Got in and got out in 25 min. Not only that it was open late. My kidney infection was killing me and I appreciate your clinic being open so late!

I went in for an ear ache. I know this sounds crazy because its just an ear but it was one of the most painful experiences that also made me feel completely crazy. My jaws, my teeth, my throat, my ears everything hurt with a sharp pain to the point that I started crying. So I went to Zoom and they told me the next appointment would be hours from now, but after looking at pitiful me, they squeezed me in right away as the doctor had patients leaving. That was very very nice of them, and they did this despite me being rather curt and an overall asshole (when I am in pain I am a monster). It sure was a middle ear infection, I was prescribed the meds I needed and left within half an hour.
I am not sure if I’d go there for very serious things — but this was the perfect place for an earache/​infection. You must know that they arent technically an «urgent» care. You have to make an appointment to be seen. It wasnt the end of the world — I came in at 830pm and the next one they had was at 11pm.
Its clean, the staff is nice. The doctor was nice. They did the job. I would recommend it for pains that arent «call 911» pains but something less serious than that.

Omg! I’m so impressed with my singular visit to Zoom Care! From requesting an appt online from my bed to the cleanliness of the waiting room to the professional check in with Mackenzie, to Dr. Erin’s gentle and speedy care. Zoom Care is amazingly Efficient!
I awoke in the middle of the night with a killer sore throat. I finally could no longer deal with it around the wee hours of real morning for the rest of the world. I googled ZC. I found it so some to use and request an appt. (within an hour away) from my bed! I will use them again.

Yes, it’s easy to make an appointment but that’s about all. I had to go directly from a Zoom Care to a real doctor. I rolled my ankle and it turns out that I not only broke it, but tore a ligament as well. The Doctor didn’t even touch my ankle and didn’t even take my vital signs. I’ve never experienced that, even my Dentist takes vitals. They tried to sell me a walker boot to stabilize my ankle, then charge me over $ 200 for it. They claimed my insurance wouldn’t pay for it, but when I called my insurance they said it’s a covered expense. I found the same walker boot on Amazon for $ 30 shipped. Zoom care is to humans what Banfield is to pets. Never again!
UPDATE-​I received a bill showing my insurance paying only $ 20 for my xrays. I conference called my insurance company and Zoom Care and my insurance covers 100% of the charges. I have Blue Cross and Blue Shield, so either they’re completely inept when dealing with the most common insurance plan or they’re scamming their customers. Either way it’s equally as embarrassing for them.

They moved the plants and the office is now accessible. Zoomcare rocks for fixing that and their service is fanatic.

I cannot tell you how many times ZoomCare has saved me. I usually go to this particular location but have been to the one out in Hillsboro as well.
They claim to have you in and out in 15 minutes (or that’s the window of time they give for your appointments) and it has held true every time!
The doctors are always very nice. I have a favorite that I somehow manage to see most often. Their appointment scheduling is easy to use and convenient. They’ve diagnosed me with multiple UTIs and I’ve gotten my prescription and been on my way to the pharmacy in under 15 minutes. They diagnosed me with mono and the finger-​prick test was easy. Lab results take no time at all!
Helpful staff. Good with insurances. Always happy, friendly doctors. However, do not go here if you need a toenail removed. They don’t have the proper equipment for that. Don’t ask – I’m a walking medical disaster…

This place is a microcosm of our health care system. We have 3 young kids. We have taken them to zoom care maybe 8 – 12 times. And 2 – 3 times they have messed things up. Either prescribed the wrong meds, not prescribed the right amount, or totally misdiagnosed. Probably what is most concerning though is that twice they haven’t followed up when they said they would. We’ve used the zoomcare because it’s more convenient than going to our pediatrician’s office but in the end we have had to end up going there as well because we didn’t receive follow up questions answered when we called in. I saw that they have special pediatric zoom care in the area so maybe those are better.
On the other hand on my husband and I have used it for ourselves and it has been sufficient.

They have another location in the Pearl at NW 13^th and Davis.
I took a foreigner here to get a subscription. He was in and out in 15 minutes.
That is service.

This was my first experience with ZoomCare, and it was terrific! I cut my finger pretty badly while making dinner and needed stitches.
It was easy to make my appt, had no paperwork to fill out, and I was there less than an hour. Martin was very professional, informative and kind. I paid out of pocket (no insurance) and it was less expensive than I was planning for!
If I need anything in the future, I’ll definitely come back to this ZoomCare :)

I had the best experience at Zoom care. They are the best doctors off I have ever been to. It’s fast, and straight to the point. I went in with my medical history and a possible scare of a repeat and my doctor got right to the point, an found the problem.
Then when I had trouble with a prescription being faxed the help center was straight to point and fixed it right away.

Stuck a can lid into my thumb yesterday and went to Zoom in hopes of paying a simple co-​pay and not a ER deductible. Also I hoped to not look like Frankenfinger. I called and made an appointment for little over an hour later. It’s pretty nice that I could walk to their location instead of having to driving all the way to an ER.
The waiting room is clean if a little sterile. There is almost no reading material, which it turns out is a good thing, since I was not kept waiting for longer than 2 minutes for either of my appointments. Why have a stack of mags if no one has time to read them?
The only real knock I have against Zoom for my visit was that I had to have 2 visits for stitches and a tetanus. Because of their so-​called ‘painless procedure’, they put a pad with pain crème on my wound, wrapped it in plastic cling and made me a follow –up for 2.5 hours later. I guess to give time for the numbing ointment to work and make the stitches ‘painless’. The problem is, 2.5 hours later, the pain had come back and I had to have it stitched up the old fashioned way anyhow. So yeah, the cleaning and novocaine hurt, but I expected that. But the PA was quick and considerate, so everything went as well as it could.
All in all, the next time I stick a can lid into my hand, I’ll probably come back to Zoom Care.
