Yim is Yummy! I try to stop by once a week to get my fix. Very good, consistent and the cucumber salad on the side is refreshing. There isn’t a place to sit but it’s great lunch!

Excellent flavor, great quality and quantity, super fast service, inexpensive, run by a kind couple. No problems with street parking on this block, either. Highly recommended. Very simple menu!

Really yummy… loved the freshness of the cucumber salad, the chicken, and the rice with the sweet chili sauce.
Very friendly and actually a little more enjoyable than the other bento place that we’ve checked out in our neighborhood… Perfect spot for a quick to-​go before heading home with the yummy yums.

Yim’s cart is my Go-​To bento cart. I don’t have to think, I just have to order. My usual: curry tofu with plenty of peanut sauce, a hint of the sweet/​hot and a goodly dollop of the red cock sauce. Goddam, it is just so simple, so consistent and frankly addictive. And the fellow is such a gentleman. And Yim means smile, which is what I leave with.

This is a very functional cart curiously located away from foot traffic. It sits as part of a houses garage entry. The food is simple:
– Chicken or Tofu
– Teriyaki or Curry sauce
– Any extra (sweet chili, hot sauce, etc)
$ 5 got me more than enough food (skewer and rice). Very simple and excellent if you’re on the go.
