Womack Auto Body

We have had cars repaired elsewhere and have had issues. We have had two cars repaired here and they were perfect. Insurance suggested other places but I rather have the quality work we get here.

Someone hit my car a month ago while it was parked, destroyed my front fender and didn’t leave a note or anything. As bummed as I was that I had to pay $ 500 to my insurance company to get it fixed, Womack almost made it worth it. I never had any contact with them since my insurance company handled everything, but Womack left a nice thank-​you note in my car so I know they did the repairs. Not only did they make the damaged area look brand new, they also cleaned my entire car inside and out. They even removed a dent on the top of my car that happened when a tree branch fell on it years ago! I feel like I have a new car and am very impressed with Womack Auto Body. But, to the person who wrecked my car: karma’s a bitch.

Womack Auto Body will exceed your expectations. I have been hit twice within the last year, both time taking it to Womack to be fixed. Womack not only fixed the damage perfectly, but were always willing to help with all the other logistics. Everyone, from the receptionist to estimator to auto bodyman, are so helpful. I can’t speak highly enough of Womack Auto Body. While being rear-​ended and having the perpetrator flee the scene can be an extremely stressful situation, Brad and the team at Womack helped make the repair experience so much more smooth than I expected. The team walked me through the estimate and claim process with my insurance, and then not only corrected the damage earlier than originally expected, but also replaced my broken license plate cover and provided me with extra touch-​up paint — just in case. My car looks beautiful again and I’ll be recommending Womack to all of my friends and family. Amazing customer service with a very professional yet personal touch. Thank you Brad and team!

My wife was rear-​ended a few weeks ago so we took our car to Womack in order to fix the back. Unfortunately our insurance declared the car totalled on account of it’s mileage, and was not going to pay the entire cost of repairs. Womack worked with us in order to cut cosmetic expenses while repairing the structural integrity of the car. When we got the car back the bumper was brand new, with the cosmetic issues barely noticeable, and we were able to pay the entire expense with our settlement check thanks to the cutback in cost. We definitely recommend Womack.

Ah the emotional car purchase– oh how it’s gotten me into trouble on the past. For this latest and hopefully last vintage car buying fiasco I really outdid myself. What looked good in photos was a rust bucket underneath — caveat emptor as they say and I did not. However— after many tears and the undue emotional attachment that had ‘car guys’ wringing their hands and telling me I was nuts I found these guys through my trusty mechanic Steve at Omega motors. These guys meticulously got rid of the rust under my car and actually replaced parts of it with the rare make and model bits they miraculously found.
I’m thrilled with the results and I know my car is safe and slowly becoming a gorgeous restored curvy Mercedes instead of the floor rotting out and me nearly having a Flintstones car. Yes, really. Thanks to Jeff and all his patient guys who must’ve been glad to see it go after 6 months.

My parked car was unfortunately hit by a neighbor but luckily they had insurance, and it happened to be Progressive insurance, so I was able to bring my car to the Progressive Service Center on 82^nd and from there my car was taken here to be repaired.
Just got it back yesterday and it looks amazing!!! The repair was costly (which thank goodness was covered by the insurance of my neighbor) but only due to the fact that my car is considered «special edition» and does not have stock paint or body kit. From what I know from past repairs I have had on my car, the repairs costs seem very fair. All in all, super happy with how my car looks and I’d just like to give a big THANKS! :)

My car went to Womack Auto Bady to get body work done-​a dent in the door and didn’t scraps that took the paint off the car or created marks on the door. After I got my car back in record time it looked like a brand new car! Thanks Womack Auto Body!

These guys are really, really great. Clean shop. Good prices. Quick repairs. I moved across town and still, for my last auto repair, I went out of my way to bring my car here for body work that needed to be done.
The only reason why I gave it 4 stars instead for 5 is because I have been a loyal customer here (3 auto repairs total in the past few years), and never once was I recognized, or remembered. You would just think they’d have a system with my name in it that shows my loyalty in patronage to them. Maybe I’d get a «hey, how are you, what is wrong with the (insert car model here)?» But every time I take my car in, it’s like I’m a brand new customer. Which isn’t terrible, they still treat me nicely, I just feel like I should get some recognition. I even asked last time «don’t you remember me?» But no… not even an attempt to pretend. LOL.
So I’d still definitely recommend this place. I just wish they remembered me and recognized me as a loyal customer. It’s all about customer service!

These guys are great. Better pricing and better customer service than other shops. They were very honest, straightforward, eifficient, and easy to deal with. Brooks was very helpful and the paint job we got for the rear hatch on our vehicle was top notch. They also did some rust repair on our vehicle and threw in some extra services at a great price.
I shopped around at 4 different shops before getting referred to Womack from a different auto body shop. If you are looking for collision repair I’m sure these guys would do great. If you are looking for auto body paint/​repair that is not covered by insurance, definitely check Womack out since they did not itemize every tiny thing they do on the car and bill for it based on some insurance company algorithm — this can really add up on the quote.

We’ve had our cars in for repair here and have been treated with respect and great care. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and they do a great job.
Just had to take our new-​to-​us 2009, had it less than a month old (it was a repo) in because a woman turned right on a red light and ran right into hubby. The guy at Womack was extremely sympathetic; they took lots of photos for us. There will be several thousand dollars worth of repairs, fortunately paid by the woman’s insurance. I know we’ll always be treated fairly here and that our car will come out looking like new when we get it back.
We’ve gone to Womack’s for small things like out of sync door hinges as well as major body work and have never been disappointed in either their service or quality of repair.
