Wendy’s

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I walked in and literally 4 Wendy’s workers just stared at me and continued to walk by. About 5 – 6 minutes later someone finally acknowledged me but still took about 3 more minutes to take my order…
I ordered 2 frostys, 1 chocolate, 1 vanilla. I left the chocolate one was fine but the vanilla one was warm & completely melted. I still couldn’t believe one of the workers had the audacity to serve me a completely melted frosty and not even say anything about it. I would’ve at least expected her to be like hey this is melted would you like chocolate instead. Anyways I usually enjoy Wendy’s but this experience was very unpleasant.

I’ve been a regular because I live near by and like to pick up a salad now and then. But I’m about to go somewhere else. They keep screwing up a simple order and constantly forget stuff. Last time I got my salad, got home and realized it wasn’t even completely made up.

The folk here are very friendly and always understand my (often complicated) orders. I have to eat gluten-​free and they never act weird when I order my burgers without a bun. They simply wrap it up in lettuce and give me a knife & fork. When they make a mistake (rarely), they’re quick to fix it… even when I later realized it had been my fault. Awesome people… with Frosty’s!

Ok so the food just gets worse. Will need to go to the Cascade station one next time. And for what it’s worth, the Pretzel Bacon isn’t ANY better than the Baconator. Save a buck and get the original.

Great prices, great food, good service! Just all around good experience as far as fast food is concerned.

The food here is always pretty good. The only problem I have with this location is the dirty tables. There never seems to be a clean table when I go. I always have to ask someone to come out and clean the tables for me.

Rudest fast food restaurant I have ever been except for the burger king on 174TH ave and powell blvd.
When you pull up to the order board you are greeted with a sad and disgruntled «What can I get you» no welcome, no greeting of any kind. More like «WTF do you want»
When you get to the window to pay for your food you are greeted with a silent cashier holding her hand out waiting for your payment.
Then they practically throw the food at you and close the window. No thanks for your business or enjoy your meal. Like just one big giant F*** YOU AND NEVER COME BACK.
I will NEVER shop at this or any other Wendy’s again so long as I live and I will spread the word about this behavior.
This is not just one time. I have been here at least the last six times and treated like dog sh** at the window.
You dont need my hard earned wages. You dont need ANY business. No thanks no ability to value any patronage of your restaurant. DISGUSTING way to treat people especially when in my life money has never been so scarce.

Actually gotten better since they started putting their burgers in nice packaging.

Hit or miss, depending on staff shift. It’s Wendy’s, people.

Salads should not come out of the drive-​thru window in a puddle of what looks like their own urine. They should also be, I dunno. COLD?
