Pizza Hut

If zero was an option, I would choose that. Tonight my boyfriend and I went and paid a visit to this location in hopes to use our free coupons that we had gotten from the last time we ordered here, and had a horrible experience with. I was more than wrong.
We ordered three pizzas. A Hawaiian with olives, a skinny club and a bbq chicken. The Hawaiian was fine. How ever the bbq chicken seriously had SIX LITTLE pieces of chicken on it. Like are you kidding me? The skinny club, which comes with spinach was the pizza choice I was most irritated with. The MAIN part of this pizza is the spinach. After waiting for about 45 minutes for our pizza and watching one of the workers take his hair out of his bun and fling it everywhere, we finally had our names called. I learned from my last experience to check the pizzas from Pizza Hut. I looked at the Skinny club and there was no spinach, the lady bluntly replied, «we are out of spinach and didn’t know till the pizza was made»
Uh, I don’t think so. I was in the lobby the whole time and you could have asked me if I wanted something different. Or better yet could have told me I understand these are free pizzas and I should not be picky. But, these are free because they messed up on my last order, this order should have been a make up and a better experience. It. Was. Not.
From workers not washing their hands, flinging their hair all over the place, eating in the back room where everyone could see them, and yelling at each other in the back room and to customers calling them ‘dude’ is not an experience I enjoy. I will not be coming back here, and will not be recommending this place to anyone. Steer clear of this pizza joint.

Ever since this Pizza Hut opened & the 181^st & Burnside closed down I have only had BAD Experiences EVERY SINGLE ORDER! To the point that I question who made My pizza, an angry toddler & how bad they are hoping to get fired?!? Pizza Hut USED TO BE My favorite go-​to Pizza/​Fast food place but I would rather eat a Cheap Microwave pizza than order from THIS 181^st & Halsey Location!!! Also the Delivery driver that drives a Blue Ford Focus is a total rude punk that has almost hit cars & children while speeding through My parking lot & blaring his music on a FEW OCCASIONS!!! I would give this Review –5 Stars if Possible :-/

Delivery was missing items, which they agreed to replace. Called back because one of the pizza’s was undercooked. Extremely doughy in the center, about 2″ in from the crust.
Put on hold for 5 minutes immediately. Then told the person pizza was not fully cooked, phone handed off. Person on phone then, was rather snotty and said, well you can’t get a medium stuffed crust pizza (not what I called about). In a snotty tone she finally said they would remake it. I’m calling corporate for a refund. With that attitude, they will likely spit in my food.
