Sean was very professional and so thorough. He walked us through his report and made sure that we understood everything. We are first time home buyers and have never had an inspection before. Sean was very understanding and patient with us, we even managed to crack a few jokes along the way. Prices are very reasonable and he was very prompt, I would certainly use his services again in the future.

Gave a quick and well written inspection report but completely missed several key foundation issues. Now I am out over 14K in repairs and stabilization. I do not like to write bad or marginal reviews but I like feeling unsafe in my home even less.

Received excellent customer service, an extremely thorough inspection with photos and electronic report. Super-​fast and reasonably priced! Would highly recommend.
