Great place for a bachelorette party! Best kept secret: The Foundation rents out their backroom photo studio and has an amazing photographer. They were so nice and easy to work with. All my friends loved it and could not stop saying how much fun they were having. Especially the ladies that previously said they didn’t want to dress up or get their photos taken! They have all kinds of props and costumes/​accessories to wear for the shoot. Not to mention a whole store full of wonderful lingerie! If you are planning a girls party and want it to be different and special, book The Foundation!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this shop! Lots of fun and beautiful items to pick from, all at reasonable prices. The owner, Tami, is a real sweetheart and was very patient in helping me try on different types of corsets. She special ordered my favorite style in the right size and I couldn’t be happier with it.
Whether you’re looking for vintage, steampunk, practical, or dead-​sexy unmentionables, this should be your first stop.
Also, Burning Man is coming, just sayin’… Nothing says «playa» like a crinoline, some pasties, and a pair of elbow length gloves.

I had a tattoo on my birthday and thought…“Hey, a stop at the lingerie shop would be cool”. I was SO right. This place is gorgeous, has unique items and very fair prices. I am going back this week to get more! High quality and friendly service.

When I walked into The Foundation I felt like a kid in a candy store! Everything I liked was here! Corsets, girdles, garter belts, stockings, bras, ruffle panties! ALL OF IT! It was a one stop shop to make a gal feel pretty.
The main reason I stopped in was to purchase a bullet bra. I am thrilled that this shop stocks the What Katie Did bras and I could try ‘em out for myself. While my normal cup size seemed a little snug, the owner, Tami offered up to order me the bras I was interested in in the next size up! And when they came in, she called me and I swung by to try them on, and then purchased them.
I also purchased a steel boned corset. Tami was very nice and patient when helping me with the corset. She informed me of how small I could go, and helped me with the lacing.
I was also very pleased with her stocking selection and her prices!
I will be making many happy return visits!

It’s a nice little shop with a wide variety of styles and sizes, although not necessarily every style in every size. Lots of beautiful corsets on the higher end — very good quality. I’d say half of the items cost about what you’d expect and the other half is way less. There are some seriously amazing deals to be found here. Clean shop, pleasant staff — would definitely recommend checking it out. Everything from mild to wild.

I went wandering into this shop just today, and I am SO glad I did. I went driving past a few weeks ago, making at mental note that the shop existed; but what’s convenient is that there is a #4 bus stop (Division to Gresham TC) located RIGHT in front of the shop.
The atmosphere is great, the merchandise is fabulous, and the owner is one one the nicest, most helpful people I’ve ever met in my life! Although, I unfortunately wasn’t my usual chipper self, seeing as I’m getting over a cold.
I ended up buying an under bust corset, which fits perfectly; and is by far one of the most comfortable corsets I’ve ever worn. And, from what I’ve looked at, this is one of the only places in Portland where you can buy good quality corsets.
I have hoped that someone would set up a shop like this in Portland for YEARS!!!
I love 1940’s fashion, so this is one of my new favorite stores.

Fun frills and fashion for over and under you cloths. The owners are creating a great atmosphere to find your inner diva in. to top this off the prices wont empty you pocket book.

Ooo La La. garters and bullet bras, mostly black and white, to nylons and fluffy slips.
Just opened. can barely work the online system for credit cards yet, but sweet as can be.
The clothing is really «hot», but not so that you could not wear some of it for other occasions as well. Although, that could eventually lead back to temptation.
They also have corsets for those of you that have a hunkering or hankering for.
