Everything here is incredibly tasty! Out of this world salad rolls! Very reasonably priced. Would recommend this spot to the world.

Interesting choice for a Vietnamese place, but in Portland, anything is possible. I learned that by finding amazing pizza at a convenience store. So why can’t you get good Vietnamese at a gas station? I was heading to work and stopped in at this gas station because I knew of this place when I used to live in the area and because I work right across the street, but never ventured in. Unfortunately, after a certain time the kitchen is closed, but they make up extra egg rolls and salad rolls for customers coming in late. The salad rolls were my option. Two large rolls cut in half crammed with shrimp, cucumbers, carrots and one other crunchy element that I do not know, but it made it one of my favorite salad rolls thus far. Lots of flavor, lots of crunch! The peanut sauce that it came with was what you would normally expect and the rolls didn’t last more than 10 minutes. I will have to make it back earlier to try some of the phở or other options. Everything was reasonably priced and the Vietnamese man who ran the place was very friendly and encouraging me to return. I will plan on doing that soon. Enjoy.

We’d been frequenting the 76 Station for gas, because it was the closest to our house, for a while before we tried the phở from the discrete counter in the back of the attached mini-mart, and now we’re regulars. We’ve traveled extensively in Vietnam, and phở is one of the foods I feel like I could eat every single day, and Tammy’s phở is great. You just get to choose beef or chicken, no fancy tendon or tripe options, and I always get the beef — perfectly cooked tender brisket and flank steak, lots of noodles, perfectly seasoned broth, and always fresh basil, bean sprouts, and lime slices. The chicken might be awesome too, and there are also a range of teriyaki options on the menu, but of course I always get the classic beef phở. Order at the cash register when you walk in, and a friendly woman brings your condiments, utensils, and big steaming bowl of soup to you at one of 3 tables in the back. Even if it were more than $ 6.50, this would be one of my favorite bowls of phở in town.
