My favorite place to go for my chicken taco fix!!! Can’t be beat for $ 1.25 and always delicious! Also, the guys running it are always friendly.

One of my favorite taco wagons in Portland. They have the best al pastor I’ve had in Oregon. 1.25 for street tacos and 2.50 for sopes. 5 bucks leaves you stuffed! Excellent red and avocado sauces as well.

I found this truck on Unilocal as I was staying in this neighborhood for a couple days. It’s not obvious or lit up, but if you’re looking at the parking lot of the giant Vietnamese supermarket, it’s to the left. So worth it! I got a few tacos and they were insanely delicious and piping hot. Carne asada that came with fresh chopped onion and cilantro, aaaaaand topped with spiced sautéed onion. They ask you what kind of salsa, I got the salsa verde, so good. And it was only 1.25 a taco! Highly recommend.

This is my favorite Taco Truck, EVER. Chicken Tacos and get the green avocado hot sauce, this sauce is top secret, you have to ask especially for it. I’m logging off and going there right now… bye.

THIS is the Mexican food place all of Portland should be going to. Take it from a Mexican! Nothing else in Portland is this legit. Plus they’re friendly as hell! Ask for their oil salsa! It’s just like the one my dad makes. This is SO my casa!

Love this place. The owners are very nice and serve up the most authentic mexican street fare I’ve had in Portland. The carne asada is spot on. The lengua and cabeza are pretty tasty. The pastor is also good, but not the best I’ve had. Try all of the salsas, but nothing beats their red. Go for the asada burrito mojado, a huge meal for $ 6. Be sure to order a side of grilled peppers and onions.

Seriously good. Took advice from other reviewers and ordered the carne asada burrito. It does not lack for seasoning. The meat is good, tender, and the rice and cilantro get along nicely inside the quality tortilla. Good prices, good hot sauces. Coke in a bottle. Mmm-hm. My main man had the pastor burrito and gave his smile of approval.

Su Casa is wonderful. The menu consists of the typical Mexican fare of tacos, burritos, tortas and soaps. Most items are priced at around five dollars with the sodas being about a dollar. The tacos are often around one dollar. I ordered an asada burrito and a Sprite. The order came to $ 6.50. They took it very quickly and I received it in only about four minutes. They provide seating at a kind of covered area. Also, they serve the food to you. The burrito was wrapped well and it would have been great to take to an office. It was big. At first when I took a bite, it seemed like a typical burrito, with a little rice and beans. But once I ate the little top of it off after a minute, the burrito was spectacular. The beef was unusually high in quality and the rice and beans fit in well with it. I saw lots of cilantro and neatness, making this a complex and very tasty experience. I could see the craft involved in it and I was in heaven during many particular bites. It was flavorful in a balanced way, with neither the meat, the cheese or the spices overwhelming one another. Burritos aren’t always respected by hardcore Mexican food fans and they usually tend to be a corny, somewhat uninspiring mix of everything but the kitchen sink put in a large tortilla. Since here they have far better ingredients inside, this became very special. This burrito was distinguishable among burritos. Their other items should also be wonderful. This place does it all among lots of harsh competition on 82nd Avenue, thus Su Casa tends to standout. Su Casa Taqueria Cart is easy to recommend.

I heard great things about this place. It wasn’t overwhelming. The tortillas and carne asada are five stars! Everything else missed the mark. The carnitas was way to dry even with a little squeezed lime and the beans and quesadillas were only so so at best. I’m willing to give them another shot because carne asada that good must mean they’re doing something else right. We just need to find it. If not, then I’ll happily stick to the asada tacos.

Heck yes. This is my favorite taco spot in town. I’m picky with my food and a stickler for authenticity. I especially love their lengua and tripa tacos. It’s cheap and delicious. Yum! Tip: try the oil salsa inside the seating area. It’s amazing.

I’ve only eaten here once so I may change this review up the more I come, as it is right down the street from where I work. My co-workers idea was to order food here to-go and as we got here, he, along with another co-worker, scrambled to find an ATM machine after we found out they don’t take card. It was a pretty funny situation, as we ordered a ton of food between the three of us(two burritos and about twelve tacos). I mean, what if we didn’t want to find an ATM and come back? I’m glad we did. The cabesa taco at this place was great and the meat was some of the most tender cow head meat I’ve had. Actually, this was my first time trying cabesa, so it was about the only cow head meat I’ve had. Regardless, it was extremely tender and this is an item I’ll order again and again. My burrito was pretty descent. It had Carne asada, cheese, beans and this rice that had peas in it. I’ve had better as well as bigger burritos before though from different food carts for the same price. This one wasn’t very thick and nothing stood out as exciting to me. Looking at the other reviews, it looks like they may have raised the prices. My Carne asada burrito was $ 4.99 opposed to $ 3.99 and the tacos we ordered were $ 1.25 as opposed to $ 1, but hey, that’s just a part of business I guess. I do recommend to give this place a shot if you are nearby and want some Mexican food. Their cabesa is great. Their nachos look good too, I’m going to have to try those next!

The best Carne Asada Burrito in Town! Love the fact I live right up the street from this spot. Every Sunday afternoon is my ritual to get food from this place. If you haven’t tried it you won’t be disappointed! :-)

For the people of Portland who want to experience some carne asada, this is place to come! It is great tasting, quick, and the prices are very reasonable. In addition, you can call in and pick your order up within in 10 minutes on most times. We love this place, especially from being spoiled with all the great Mexican food in Southern California.

This is not your best Mexican food ever, but the carnitas taco with avocado salsa hits the spot when I can’t muster the energy to cook and need a little Mexican flavor. Perfect cheap little taqueria cart.

Don’t take his review lightly! I’ve been searching for the best Mexican in Portland since I’ve been here and the search is over! I had a carne asada taco and a pastor burrito, these are my «go tos» and I was extremely pleased with both taste and presentation of both. Seriously I sent a photo of my taco to my wife, and I don’t photograph food! Prior to finding this cart my raves are King Burrito, a little greasy and inconsistent, Luis’s in Woodburn, great but way out of the way, and Sanchez in Tigard all great but they have been outshined by this little food truck off 82nd!

Three stars? And you actually say this is the holy trinity of Mexican food? Two stars because a little bone was in your burrito? PEOPLE!!! It’s a taco TRUCK… on 82nd And frankly it serves up some amazing food. «limited menu»? It’s a TRUCK! And they kill it! They choose what they can excel with and DOIT(sorry, no pineapple) thank god someone told me about this place last week. Granted, it’s not por que no?(no aqua frescas, margaritas, nor spicy nuts) but, it’s about 60% less $(€£¥) and… its just a Truck, a perfect little truck

I’m a lucky SOB since this place is about 5 or 6 blocks from my house. It’s a burrito cart. $ 5 gets you a pretty hefty burrito chock full of goodness! It’s a super simple affair of rice, pintos, meat of choice, onions and cilantro. Tacos are a buck and a quarter. Not much else to say. They have Buche but my burrito made with it was weak. The guacamole salsa is kind of spicy, but not really. The other salsas are kind of weak. Protip– Park in the Safeway and walk over and avoid the clusterfuck their«parking lot» can turn into.

Finally! After a stint in Los Angeles where I got to experience some of the best of the best in Mexican fare, there’s a place in Portland that easily compares & satisfies my cravings. The menu isn’t a big one, primarily tacos, burritos & tortas — and I can’t recommend the tacos enough. Pick up a few tacos, hang out in the funky little covered building next to the truck to eat them, then head over to Stark St. for a little bar hopping — makes for a great evening.

I’ve been eating here on and off for a while now, so I felt it was about time for me to update my review a bit. This cart can be really hit or miss depending on the day and time, but if you order correctly, it’s a pretty decent burrito. I would suggest sticking with the basics — a $ 3.99 carne asada burrito with rice, onions, cilantro, and salsa fresca. It’s a super-simple burrito that’s tasty and for $ 3.99, a decent size. The rice has a nice, deep flavor — much more flavorful than your average Mexican burrito rice — which offsets the ok-to-good(again, depending on the day) flavor of the carne asada. Overall, it’s become my go-to cart when I’m feeling lazy, and it’s served me well in the process. Also, the tacos only cost $ 1 here. That’s a deal.
