I am not sure why this Starbucks has such a mediocre star rating. My experience was great. I changed just about everything about my vanilla bean frapp: 2 scoops of powder instead of 4; coconut milk instead of whole milk; add 2 extra shots and top with nutmeg. My changes were received with an eager smile and pleasant attitude. My drink was ready quickly and tasted delicious! My daughters kids hot chocolate with extra whip was also a smashing success. I love that they offer a kids version as the price point is great! Will definitely stop back in the next time I am done shopping at Kohls :-)

Yes, it’s Starbucks. Yes, it’s cookie-cutter. But it is clean — it is filled with friendly and polite staff — and they have outdoor seating. Yay! Come here during the day and you may find yourself having to share a table with somebody, but hey — live a little. What keeps me coming back to this place is the fact that during one of my visits I ventured beyond my normal latte and tried one of the seasonal concoctions, and to be perfectly honest I hated it. I went back up to the counter and ordered another drink, not saying anything about disliking my previous order, and the barista asked if I hadn’t liked the other one I just ordered. I told him that I didn’t but I didn’t have a problem paying for something I liked and he offered me another drink on the house. Good customer service. I dig it. And I’ll return.

So rude! I came and got a drink and the barista was short with me, and I that barista was rude when I asked for a stopper. That’s not what it means«to be a partner». Also their store was really dirty, would not go back.

Attitude, attitude, attitude. that seems to be the prevailing condition at this store… Staff seems to feel customer service is not important and when asked to accommodate a minor variation from the norm they throw a attitude of «I can’t do that if we have a line»… Funny part is I’m the ONLY one in line! Was told that if I wanted to order a second item on a separate transaction, I would have to step back into the line??? Really??? Wanted my croissant sandwich not so mouth burning hot…, was told«can’t adjust the temp»… Really??? Is it all about pushing a button and«setting it and forgetting it?» Received my grande house coffee with not a few but a LOT of grounds in the bottom… Returned to the counter and they offered to do a pour over… Surprised I didn’t have to go back in line to receive the correction pour over! If Starbucks is all about the«experience» then they need to examine what experience the customer is receiving… At this location… It’s pretty bad!
