Just ordered 2 venti iced coffee with cream at the drive through. Was handed one small iced coffee. As we waited for the 2nd coffee the guy working says «ohhhh yeah… you ordered 2″? We just ran out of iced coffee and just looked at us blankly. I said… and we ordered venti sized not small. He just continued to stare and says…“oh yeah» and shrugs.

I have been in here a couple of time. The staff is generally very friendly and get to you quickly. I have had no mix-​ups here. My only complaint is they did not have any brewed coffee ready when I went through the line. i do not like to wait for my drink to be made, so am generally happy with brewed coffee. I was very surprised when they had none and offered me a pour over. That would be fine if I wanted to wait. For my taste, a pour over is no better than good brewed coffee and I have to wait. They handled the problem professionally and I got my brewed coffee.

I come to this location 5 days a week! Customer service is awesome! However just a few minutes ago, I ordered 2 Iced Lemon Pound Cake, a Venti Vanilla Bean Frap and a Venti Iced Caramel Macchiato with Whip and extra Caramel, as I was walking out I wanted to see if I got the extra caramel I requested for, I DID NOT! BUT I GOT A STRAND OF HAIR IN MY DRINK!
January 01,2015 Update: Can’t believe Starbucks has not replied to this review! Seems like they don’t give a crap about their employees mistakes!

I like this location, the people working are nice, the location is clean, it’s a smidge small and the service going thru the drive thru is a little slow, but those are just small things. Otherwise it’s a good Starbucks to go to

This store has completely turned around, I used to begrudgingly visit this Starbucks because it was conveniently located on my way to work. Coffees were always fine and my girlfriend got decent service, but I always felt like I was being talked down to, or that it was such a hassle the staff even had to acknowledge me.
Then a few months ago we noticed a new manager (Meagan!) during our visits, and our entire experience changed. We were greeted with hellos and smiles, they remembered our names and our drinks and we made sure to stop in every day to say hey to our coffee friends. The store is now one of the best Starbucks I’ve been to and it’s all thanks to a stellar crew of people who obviously put a lot of effort into how they treat their customers.

I ordered a mocha about 5 minutes ago and it was half full. Pretty disappointing. If I’m spending way too much money on a drink at your store, the least you can do is add some more milk… Not that difficult. I guess the little drink that is in my cup tastes ok.

This is one of two Starbuck’s where I am a regular patron. They are always speedy and very sweet. They have never messed up any of my orders and I’ve never experienced any rude or dismissive behavior. It’s a Starbuck’s so typical costs which I think are a little high, but still worth it for me. I will continue to be a frequent customer!

I like the convenience of Sbucks and do have a gold card. This particular location has certainly had it’s ups and down. At this time — it is a down. The fantastic manager Erin left about 4 months ago and it seems the loss of her leadership has had a big effect.
I really love the mobile order option –can easily run in and grab my drink while I am out walking the dog and it can be a big time saver — ON PAPER. About half the time the drink is not right OR the machine did not print out my order OR they have just not made it yet. Definitely room for improvement.
The condiment bar is usually a sticky mess too.

Online ordering is where it’s at! The lines here can be long because there’s no «real» Starbucks anywhere near this place. Keys times of day (morning rush) are best if you use the mobile app and order ahead. Staff is always friendly and will accommodate any requests. They even fixed an issue I had with a mistaken order the day after it happened. The store itself is small and the sun is brutal until the afternoon so just grab a coffee and walk to the park. Don’t expect a parking spot. There are only five. For the most part the place is spotless even with the heavy flow of people. So as long as your one of the people who like to grab and go this is your type of Starbucks. If your one who likes to lounge and use your computer you might not be to happy here. I’m here five times a week so it works for me.

Starbucks is Starbucks, I don’t think the business itself really needs another review. I really don’t care for Starbucks anyway, but every once in a while I’ll stop here to use a gift card, or because it seems the most convenient (except not!) where I’m at.
Time and time again, this location lacks service. Avoid at all costs going through the drive thru window, it’s always notoriously slow. The lame thing is that unless you’re down to drive around or back out and park on the street, you kind of have to settle with drive thru because there’s such limited parking. Even with just a couple cars in front of me, with seemingly small orders, there’s always a huge lull from the time to order to the time you actually receive your drink.
Bottom line, if you’re going to settle for Starbucks, don’t waste your time settling for this Starbucks. The least you could do is head across the street and walk inside to the Safeway Starbucks kiosk.

This is my regular starbucks. If I am running on time, I hit it on the way to work (save the tax and have it to drink in the car).
The staff is friendly and mostly remembers my order, which I am a big fan of.
I always walk inside because the drive-​thru lane is always busy in the mornings. The inside line can be busy too, but compared to some other locations they bust through the wait at a good clip.

Times change. Perhaps the dramatic uptick in coffee options in the near neighborhood helped — or maybe it’s just that I no longer have a vehicle and therefore don’t notice/​care about the parking lot turmoil.
The staff are nice and quick. It’s a good place to fuel up mid-​walk when you’re exploring the hidden mansions of the Named North streets or heading over to Peninsula Park.

This Starbucks is close to my work and I often have meetings here. The staff is super friendly and always play great music, more so on Thursday’s which probably has something to do with who’s working.
Drive threw is a bonus but there is only room for a handful of cars before the parking lot and eventually MLK become baked up. Also the parking lot only has 6 or so parking spots so your other option is somewhere on Ainsworth or one of the surrounding side streets.
All in all is a great place for a cup of coffee.

This is my neighborhood Starbucks, and I’m here frequently (too often, I hate to admit). But they make my latte the way I like it and I think they’re friendly and courteous. I use the drive-​thru when I’m too lazy to walk in or there’s no parking (which happens a lot during busy mornings), and it’s actually very convenient. One time I was given the wrong drink (they were actually just off a little), and I went back the next day and told them and they gave me a free drink, which I thought was very nice.
Overall, it’s a good Starbucks and since it’s so close to where I live, I will continue to be a customer.
