Silver Spoon

I used to shop at Silver Spoon occasionally for their good glassware selection. Then I got a very severe speech impediment. This time, I went in, able to speak only a few words and not clearly. I wanted to buy a water pipe, which were on a shelf out in the open. The clerk insisted that I not touch anything and insisted I somehow say verbally which pipe I wanted to look at from among dozens on the shelf, despite it being extremely obvious that I was unable to speak properly and despite all the pipes being easily reachable from the customer side of the counter. The clerk was intentionally humiliating, and I was not able to look at anything. If Silver Spoon doesn’t want persons with disabilities shopping there, they should come right out and say that they would rather break the law and discriminate instead of making the most minimal accommodation.

I have been coming to this shop for a while. The people who are working have always been more than helpful, and will be chatty IF you chat them up first. They are definately my favorite.
Lots of stuff to look at. Most everything is decently and comparable in price. Easy parking, easy everything. I will definately always come here verses other local shops.

Not a bad location. Seems really small, but actually has quite the selection. Their Kratom is a little spendy, but that’s to be expected at most smoke shops! I really like all the employees working there. They’ve always been helpful to me.

For being as small as they are, they have a pretty good selection. Compared to other smoke shops in the area, their prices are quite reasonable, too. They are fairly easy to get in and out of and are open fairly late too. The couple (I’m assuming they are a couple) that runs the place are decent folks; they know their products. Oh, and the dog is absolutely adorable.
Edit: they have a great selection of reasonably priced oil rigs as well.

Itty bitty cute little smoke shop… for being so small they have a really great glass selection. The customer service is spot on… the girl that was there when I was last in was both knowledgeable and friendly… what more could you want?

Creepy. Just creepy. No selection. Not great prices. Just creepy. If you’re looking for creepy, this is the place.

I never wander into a smoke shop wondering what I want to buy or looking for a long conversation. I want to point at what I want them give it and me leave.
The male worker I always see there never gives me a problem with that. All business. He has even given my friends a little extra for larger purchases. And the desk waiting for you. I think he is the owner. Exactly what I want from a small business owner. If you aren’t a pub or a diner I don’t need to know about your anything as too many small business owners seem like lonely old men who want to bore me or others with stories.
The girl has no place at the shop. Almost every time I go she is out side, and typically inside playing on her phone. What is worse is when she gives you attention she looks at you with wide empty eyes and doesn’t look away and it creeps me out. Go smoke a cigarette or goof off on your phone as I get my purchase in order.
I don’t feel she is judging me or anything, just like creepy. I mean, maybe she is worried I would steal something, but like what am I really gonna take?

Silver Spoon hs some fun things to look at however… I just left there with all my cash in my pocket. The thin white girl behind the counter was not the least bit interested in helping me and actually acted put out that I was interupting her conversation about who and who isnt ‘friending” her on Facebook. The male figure in the shop was rather gruff and really didnt care if he made a sale. Neither said a word when I left like ‘thanks for coming in”. If the shop owner wonders why business might be off, you may want to start with your employees. I will take my money to another smoke shop.

Extremely tiny smoke shop. slash porn shop? It’s kinda weird. I agree with the other reviewer who said the male that works here could be nicer. They were out of what I wanted but his attitude makes me want to go somewhere else for it rather than come back here.

Like this place… Looks like a couple run it… same people every time i am there… She is very friendly… He looks at me like I am the PO PO lol I am sure they have what you need if your looking for this place. I refer all my friends. The only thing I can say is he can be more friendly :)
