Scott Fairbairn Painting & Carpentry

I was referred to Scott Fairbairn through the Realty Company I purchased my house through. After an initial follow up he seemed like he’d be just the guy for the job. So after I got through the buying process I called him to set up a walk through for an estimate. Not only did he not show up for the scheduled time but he also didn’t return any of my follow up calls to reschedule. In the end I went with a different contractor since it was obvious Scott did not value his customers. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Scott helped us fix the vent fan in our bathroom. He was able to fix the fan the same day I called and did so at reasonable cost. I am happy to now have Scott to call on for future maintenance items around my home. My Wife said that Scott was easy to work with after he came out to fix the fan while I was at work.

Scott is an amazing guy. I had serious damage on my house because my neighbors tree fell on my house during the storm in late September 2013. I called Scott on the Monday after the damage and he came by that very day and started work right away as soon as my Insurance gave the ok. He did great work. He was efficient, nice and very respectful. He has a co worker named Chris and he also is great. It was like having a friend do your work. I highly recommend him if your looking for a contractor. Not only did I get my house looking better than it was I made a new friend. Thanks Scott

Scott did a total remodel on my bathroom and he did an amazing job! He is trustworthy, friendly, and did a fanstastic job! Very professional, timely and organized. I would use him again in a heart beat!

I was a general contractor and specialty contractor for 10 years and worked with Scott on many projects. He is the NICEST contractor you will ever meet. When you have someone running throughout your home for weeksn on end, you want that person to be someone you really like. Scott WILL BE that person.
He also charges very fair prices, is diligent in doing a quality job, and completes his work on time and on budget. He discussed all pricing and where potential problems may come about UP FRONT. This is very helpful and made me feel more comfortable about the entire process.
Scott completed a major tenant improvement project for my sister-in-law’s company. This project turned out beautifully. My sister in law liked Scott so much, she had him remodel the bathroom at her house!
