Dental Care Today

Worth the wait, Dr. Henriot is one of the best dentists I’ve had! And I’ve had dozens. She’s the only dentist who actually checked to make sure that I could still floss after my filling, and really made sure it wasn’t high afterwards. And small hands, man, it’s the best when your dentist has small hands! I also love that everything in this office is new. The newest technology and equipment really makes the comfort difference.
It stinks that you have to wait months to get an appointment, but hey, that’s how you know it’s good, I guess? That’s how the Chinese do, anyways if there’s no line, you have to ask why!

Dr. Gates seemed great when she examined me my first day. I rescheduled for another check-​up and came in at 10am and they said «oops, your dentist isn’t in today, — scheduling error on our part.» I had to reschedule. Very unprofessional. Honestly, they have like 6 receptionist employees handling scheduling and administrative work at the front desk but they can’t even check what appointments are coming up and make sure that things are in place? Seriously? Waste of my time. What other responsibilities could you have that this error could even be made? Very disappointed at such an incompetent display of a simple responsibility.

More like Dental Care Never. Waited over 30 minutes for my appointment, and waited another 30 minutes after my x-​ray to have someone come check in on me. Someone else in the room also said that they’ve been waiting for over 2.5 hours.
Highly, highly do NOT recommend.

When my dentist referred me out to Dr. Gates’ group because they were too busy to handle my care, I was startled. It’s hard enough to get to know and trust a dental team, especially after a series of complications, the last thing you want is to have to start all over again with another group.
From the moment I stepped through the doors though, Edward and his team made me feel so welcome, none of that mattered any longer. It doesn’t take longer than the first exam to realize Dr. Gates is at the top of her field. Her knowledge, expertise and caring approach are second to none. The team led by Edward treats you with such warmth, caring and fun attentiveness, professionalism and kindness, you feel at home right from the start.
My newest favorite is the inverted position — feet up, head down — as Dr. Gates works on one of my molars. The elongating effect on the vertebrae is immensely rejuvenating. Add the toasty blankets and soft pillows, my deep sea diving music and shades, and I’m floating in nirvana ;)
I love these guys. I look forward to every one of my visits, because I know I’ll be welcome, cared for and spend a great time surrounded by the best there is.
