I ended up buying a rack but had to return it after they attempted to install it on my car and it wasn’t going to work but the reason I’m writing a review is that the guys were so nice and didn’t pressure me to buy anything additional or more expensive and gave me the freedom to make the decision on my own time.

This guys are awesome, prices are great and the customer service is top notch. Save yourself some $, check with them first for any of your rack needs.

These guys have everything you need at reasonable prices. Ramone was super helpful! Will be buying all my racks in the future from these guys.

Worked with Ramon. Affable young man with expertise. Found the right rack for my Infiniti at an excellent price. He quickly installed my new rack and I was on my way in no time. I recommend both ReRack and Ramon without reservation.

Incredible service. My Yakima bike rack broke after a year of use and my receipt was long gone, but ReRack worked with me to replace it free of charge (due to Yakima’s lifetime warranty). Everyone was helpful and proactive, and we were able to replace the rack in only a couple of work days.

Great guys! Dad bought me a rack for a surprise but couldn’t figure out how to install it. Brought it back and they installed it and showed me some cool accessories for my adventuring needs and they installed those too! The guy checking me out even threw in some free straps! Thank you so much!

These guys are the real deal. Super friendly, helpful and genuinely honest, good people. I’ve been in twice (with help installing both a Yakima Swingdaddy and a quick repair to Thule roof box). Both times, they didn’t charge a cent, make me feel like an idiot or pressure an unneeded repair or upgrade. (Tip these good people!). Blown away both times by how awesome these guys are. There was a slight issue with how my car rack was installed. The owner took it upon himself to ensure everything was properly situated and was a pretty good guy all around.
If you have an issue, please talk to the staff, I’m sure that they will do whatever they can to help you!

My husband and I came in to ReRack looking for a cargo box for the roof rack on our Jeep. Not only did they have a great selection and awesome prices, the guy that helped us was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. He listened to what I wanted and showed us the different options and compared them to each other so we would know what we were getting. Then he installed it for us at no extra charge, which was a huge help because the idea of trying to install that on my car that’s significantly taller than I am sounded like a gigantic hassle. We were lucky and didn’t have to wait at all, but honestly the level of service and the deal that we got would have been worth the wait either way. I will be coming back for all future purchases of this nature and will recommend them to all my friends!

Awesome business. Walked in looking for a 2″ hitch bike rack. Jamie provided me with excellent service. He was helpful, knowledgeable and I was able to purchase a super nice used Yakima rack. I’m a happy happy customer!!!

Stopped by the shop yesterday to get a bracket piece to my Yakima racks fixed and the guy I worked with was so awesome! Quick to fix and not to mention he gave me the part at a great discount! I can not say enough nice things about this place, I was blown out of the water by guy that helped me! Made my day! You can’t find customer service like that in Portland. Make sure to tip your roof rack guys cause they deserve it!

We’ve been here three times. We usually have to wait for service, but once were being taken care of they’re great. They’re very knowledgeable and friendly. They’re buyback policy is helpful and we now drive all the way up from Salem to go somewhere we trust.

Last time I was in looking for a part to my Thule bike rack, they just gave me the part for free. I could not be happier.

We went to Rerack to purchase a bike rack for my Element, from the moment we walked in we received the best service, they even looked to see if they had a used one that would work for us. Very helpful and will recommend them to all our friends. They showed us how to install it and asked us to come back if we had an issue.

Went in looking for economy rooftop bike racks and that is exactly what I got. Got brand new racks at craigslist prices. They even installed them for free, which was awesome. Even though putting the bike holders on my factory bars was super easy, actually building the bike holders looked like a pain and I was happy that I didnt have to do it.
I was in and out in about 90 minutes with my new racks ready to go. The installer was friendly and willing to help. There are signs for tipping, which some people are upset with. However I find most people will gladly tip someone for bringing them a plate of food, but would never tip someone for installing a roof rack, delivering a mattress, fixing your car, etc. Glad to see some companies are working to break down tipping stereotypes. I had very friendly and helpful service so my installer got a tip from me.
Also, there is some killer food a block away so if you dont feel like sticking around the shop you can just walk down and have some lunch.

Helpful with kayak and bike rack systems. Prices on used gear are really a deal. Max was very sweet and helpful.

Just bought a kayak last week so I was in the market for a rack. I’m 5’5″ and drive a truck, there for I was looking for something to make loading and unloading my boat off my canopy a bit easier. I showed up at ReRack and had !! AMAZING !! customer service. They moved my bars and installed my new (used) racks for free.
Now I feel like my boat, dog and I are ready to roll!

I dropped by to buy a roof basket for my car, the sales guy had a look at my load bars and told me that they had nothing that would fit, and all they could do for me would be a pricy custom install involving drilling. Yikes. I scooted over to Rack Attack, who sold me the same rack that Re-​Rack said would not fit. And it fits perfectly.
Also, the sign that says that I should tip my installer 20% so that they can have a living wage is way out of line. Why not pay the employees a living wage?
I’ll likely go back and pick up another set of canoe clips, but that’s about it.
