BOMB PIZZA. SIMPLE BEER MENU. GREAT COCKTAILS.
Seriously everything was awesome. It just didn’t jump out as «holy shit five star» until I got the bill. $ 13 for 2 beers, 2 cocktails and a massive piece of pizza.
I don’t see anything wrong wit this place at all. Everything was about as perfect as it could be.
Fyi: this chick Tiffani’s review is crazy. I think she’s jealous about someone or something because how can you hate anyone that much. Seriously Tiffany and your one star review, go home with that shit, no one likes you anyway.

So I initially started with four stars. But we split a slice had a cocktail and two beers and our bill was a whopping $ 13 for happy hour. That instantly moves Quality up to 5 stars.
You definitely get your money’s worth here.
Honestly if you want a slice… Or 10. Come here. We had the heavenly slice with mini pepperoni and jalapeño. Seriously BOMB.
The atmosphere is a solid 4 but for those prices… who friggin cares.
As for Tiffanys review… don’t be a hater! It’s obvious someone here banged your man and you’re being vindictive. Let go have a slice and move on.

As my friend said, «Yelp missed the mark on this one!». Absolutely couldn’t be more true! The drinks are spendy as anticipated, but they are also small. Not to mention served with an attitude. I can’t stress this enough, if you work in the service industry and you hate your job, get a different one or go to school. I’m so tired of bitchy bartenders. This chick behind the bar on Saturday 1÷23÷16 was so rude. Everything about her demeanor screamed «I hate you, I hate everyone, I hate my job, go away, don’t bother me». If this were my bar, I’d get rid of people like that. The wait time for drinks was so long between the attitude, and the rookie hipster help that seemed to be too stoned to even follow his cheatsheet recipes. I came with 4 other people, only 1 of us got a mixed drink because the wait was ridiculous.
Of course at 6:30pm they were out of the special, were they really or was she just playing bartender god? Methinks the latter, how are you out of pineapple juice and rum?! I got some terribly named cocktail «Joseph vs. the Volcano», or some crap like that. It was awful tasting. It tasted like creamy, sour, cheap dark rum with anise. I gave it away and no one would drink it. The beer selection is ok, small but good brews. And the ambiance is somewhat enjoyable. I like the dim lighting and high ceilings, but the awful music was so loud you could barely hear the person across your table. I can’t comment on the Sizzlepie pizza, as I didn’t have any. It smelled good, but my friend from Brazil said it wasn’t. She’s eaten pizza all over, I trust her. So after this experience, I probably won’t come back here. There are so many other places to buy good spendy drinks from, that don’t give me attitude or an ungodly wait time!

The waitresses were cordial, prompt, and had a good memory. The pizza from next door was amazing (experienced home chef here) the ambiance is nice, the upstairs is inclusive and good scenery, the manager is prompt and observant. Great liquor selection.

This is one of those spots you enjoy so much, you think you’ve already posted a glowing review. NOPE! Onward.
I enjoyed Sizzle Pie on SW Burnside, but the lush in me always wished they had liquor available. Well, they remedied that. Welcome to Quality Bar.
It’s cozy, I can order pizza and whiskey after midnight (my life is sorted, y’all), and the girls behind the bar are always welcoming and remembered me only after coming in a few times. I guess cute girls remember cute girls.
YAY. This place is my sneaky little stop after I close my restaurant down. Don’t talk to me, I’m busy shoveling pizza into my mouth.

This bar is located directly behind Sizzle Pie. When we got to the restaurant, it was packed and a bit overwhelming. We decided to look at the bar right next to without knowing the two are connected. The bar was almost empty and there were more beers on tap! 2 slices of thin crust pizza and 2 beers were $ 12! This quick afternoon snack satisfied our needs and our budget. Friendly service and clean restrooms are a plus in Portland.

Cozy date spot alert! The Quality Bar is a great place to moon at each other over a slice of Sizzle Pie pizza without the raging angry bash-​your-​head-​in music. Don’t get me wrong, I love the grunge, wu-​tang, fuck-​my-​life Sizzle Pie aesthetic, but how amazing is it that, if you so choose, you can also enjoy their funky slices along with a fidgety cucumber cocktail with a sexy someone under the glowing blue lights at Quality Bar?
They have some great window seats where you can watch the rain and strangers go by, and extremely friendly staff. The bartender served me a gorgeous cocktail filled to the brim and I sat down with an old friend and we enjoyed over an hour of conversation in a trendy downtown bar on a Friday night. Now THAT is incredible. Everything in the vicinity is packed to death around 10:30 p.m. on a weekend night.
Quality Bar might become my go-​to bar for a cozy cocktail and conversation this winter. The pizza can’t be beat and the drinks are styling.

Excited this spot finally opened up after a couple years as a distant dream. We stopped by for a quick drink to check out the place. Space is typical Sizzle-​pie-​empire look with some neat lighting and plants. Went with a cocktail and a beer for the first visit. Looking forward to swinging by again later for more drinks and pizza but feel like this place could get crowded and loud.

Major quality! They are the definition of good service and a great time :) Cant wait to come back

Let it be known: Quality Bar has a cocktail named after Wesley Willis. The «Rock Over London, Rock On Chicago» is a damn tasty whiskey cocktail, but it’s also one of the most hilarious in-​jokes I’ve heard in a while. Good job, Quality Bar.
«Coming Soon» for over two years now, this tiny little bar is tucked in next to their parent company Sizzle Pie, who serve up the food menu. It’s dark, cozy and just my style. The cocktail menu is small but quite well thought out, and everything we sampled was delicious. Its also definitely not cheap, with two drinks + tip being just shy of $ 30.
With an extremely limited capacity and chill vibe, I don’t know that I’d ever consider Quality Bar my final destination for an evening out on the town. But they’re a great place for a date or possibly to pregame, as Quality Bar will surely serve you up a quality drink (see what I did there?) in a beautiful setting.

As a business owner I hate writing reviews since most people can be pretty biased but I must say that Quality bar is pure quality. They’re set up is efficient, their staff is stellar and friendly. It’s really refreshing to see a new bar open that meets all the best industry standards… Congratulations on the grand opening! (From a non affiliated industry professional)
