We have ordered a few pizzas from this Pizza Hut, and am disappointed to say that they were mostly very sub-par(comparing only to other Pizza Hut pizzas from the past) Every time we order(thin crust pizza with extra sauce and basic toppings), we get a crispy cracker featuring a droplet of sauce in a spot or two — very dry– very little cheese, and few toppings. Definitely no extra sauce on these pizzas. Out of, say, 10 pizzas — 1 or 2 might be tasty — otherwise, just dry & sad. This is not only at the Barbur location — a location out in Beaverton had the exact same issue. Guys, if you’d like to keep customers & make money– GIVEYOURCUSTOMERSWHATTHEYASKFOR!!! Monitor your staff so you know if they are reading/executing the orders accurately. At this point — I’d prefer to pay the double cost for Pizzacato and enjoy the more expensive pizza that the delivery guy brings me.

I admit it… Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza. I typically eat at local restaurants with fresh ingredients but when it comes to pizza, no one does it better. This Pizza Hut is no different — prompt, friendly, and clean. I only wish they had indoor seating. I’ll be back.

Just say no to corporate pizza. I thought I’d enjoy some trashy indulgence this holiday season and order something that I’d normally be embarrassed by if my roommate were to see me eating it. This was a mistake, and a waste of money. The pie wasn’t even warm by the time it got to me. The toppings were sparse, even for corporate pizza. But the biggest disappointment was the bacon and cheese ‘stuffed’ crust… remember back in the day when stuffed crust was awesome? So very cheesy it was! They should rename it ‘crust with big caverns inside where the cheese could once be found, with regions of undercooked dough beneath’ — but it all worked out, because a couple hours after I went to bed, I woke up and barfed it all up anyway. Never again, Pizza Hut. I’m serious this time. Fuck you.

Ordered online 12÷17÷14 at 1:57 pm. Was given an approx time of 57 minutes for delivery. After 1 hour and 45 minutes I called and cancelled the order. Was advised to tell driver I cancelled order and that I didn’t want it anymore. Going on 2 hours now and I still haven’t had the opportunity to decline the pizza.

I live in that vortex of Portland where no one delivers except for Domino’s and Pizza Hut, and a few of the delivery services(with $ 25 minimums). Of the two, Domino’s is way, way, way better. Although this is like comparing Appelbees and Friday’s, when you want pizza quickly, and don’t want to go out in the rain, it is important to know which is the«best.» Everything from the dough, the cheese, and the toppings tasted off. There are some decent coupons, and there’s online ordering, and quick delivery. But none of this makes up for the pizza itself. The $ 3 delivery charge is now the same as Domino’s, and I’m forswearing ordering delivery pizza(mini New Years resolution), but for those among you who are not likewise resolved/resolving, stick with Domino’s.

I love the pizza, and wings. It never disappoints. Tonight I decided to try something new, and ordered the Quepapas. They are the most amazing side dish. They taste similar to a Jalapeño popper, but they are made out of potatoes, cheese, and jalapeño so they have more of a texture of a tater tot. I should have ordered the double order because they were that good.

Worst service ever! I ordered online then when I went to pick it up I asked if I could add a pasta dish. They(Cody) acted as if I had just asked for his first born. His only answer was«well it will take another 15 to 20 minutes». When my order was ready he threw it on the counter opened it and said«is this your order?» and walked away. Very rude and should be fired!

UGGHH — The store charges you $ 3.00PLUS you tip the driver… too bad for my delivery driver. Ridiculous policy.

These guys have a very fast delivery, but not impressed with the wings. They were kinda dry, but pizza was yummy :)

American fast food outlets have long offered«bundled meals» at their overseas franchise outlets, but they have been slow to roll out in the U.S. Pizza Hut has recently unveiled their«Big Dinner Box» at U.S. stores, and at $ 19.95, I think it’s a real value for an impromptu family meal, game day, or if your moochy relatives stop by unannounced. The«Big Dinner Box» is comprised of two medium topping pan style pizzas(you cannot change the crust, at least online), five breadsticks with marinara sauce(you can upgrade to cheesesticks for more $), and 8 wings with your choice of both flavor and one dipping sauce. I order delivery from Pizza Hut on occasion, and my pie of choice is the thin crust meat lovers, which I find to be satisfactory and a relatively good value. They rarely make a mistake on my delivery orders, and last nite was not an exception, the dinner box came on time, and as ordered, presented at the door by a very attractive young woman delivery person, whom I am sure endures a whole gaggle of inappropriate comments her entire shift.(«But I didn’t order a pizza!»). The contents of the box were hot and as advertised. Toppings are«the thing» for me with pizza, and I pretend to watch carbs, or «pan style» would not be my choice, but that’s what was offered, and what I received. If I were running the shift, or the executive kitchen at Pizza Hut, I’d suggest cooking the pans a little longer, they were a little too doughy for my taste. And I would suggest offering different crusts for the Big Dinner Box, even if I had to pay extra. This offering will quite handily feed a family of four, I would suggest, Mrs. Burgerdogboy and I barely made a dent in it. Order yours for delivery or pick up online
