Pastaworks has the best selection and quality of cheeses, and they wrap them in cheese paper, so there’s no plastic taste when you serve them. The manager is also very knowledgeable about wine and charcuterie, and is welcoming and friendly. It’s a pleasure to shop at City Market, in large part thanks to Pastaworks.

This is an amazing European style market and grocer. All of the food is fresh but pretty pricey. I think it is worth it to have some fresh bread, meats, and pasta though! EVOE inside is a great place to have a bite to eat as well!

My daughter and I always grab some fresh pasta here after stocking up at Chop. Today we had a couple of sandwiches, a Parisian– ham, cheese and dijon on baguette and a Gibson– soppraseta, cheese, red pepper and sherry vinaigrette. Both were seriously outstanding, simple and perfect.

So many things to buy, it’s a shame that I was on my way somewhere not home. I got a great individual cherry tart at a really reasonable price. The pasta was really reasonable. They have some great wines.
Be forwarned, most things at Pastaworks aren’t on the modest side. They looked like they had some great meats in the case. If only I wasn’t on my way to dinner. Maybe next time.

Oh how my life would be complete if I could walk from my house to this store. The front of this place has tons of wonderful flowers just waiting to brought back home. Once your inside you won’t know where to wander too first. Vibrant produce to the right, fresh fish, tons of salami and cheese, fresh breads, jams and jellies, wine wine and more wine. Tons of imported treats and local ones too.
This place will always have something for everyone. Today it was a jar of raspberry jam and two delicious light and fluffy rolls. I am pleased to have spent under 10 bucks. I can’t wait to see what I find next time.

Best selection of cheese in town. Good selection of wines and pasta. They arnt cheap but if you price what you got anywhere else you probably paid less for the same thing here. If you need help ask for Abel and he will make good recommendations.
