Nourish Integrative Massage

Annamieka was amazing! I ran the Portland marathon the day before and had already planned to get a massage the next day. I had heard great things from a friend of mine about Annamieka and she was totally worth the hype! Best massage I’ve ever had. She was so personable and wanted to get to know me and my needs. The pressure was perfect. I’ll definitely be going back :)

Mieka is amazing!
I try to do a monthly massage from Annamieka, and I am always extremely grateful I treat myself to this restorative act, especially because it’s under her hands.
Her space is warm, bright, and inviting, and Annamieka always greats you with an infectious smile. She is articulate and cares deeply about your recovery; I never feel concerned that I won’t get what I ask for.
She is receptive to my needs, and varies her technique and pressure without much encouragement from me; she is very intuitive, something that I find important with bodywork. It’s always good to be vocal with your healer but it’s nice when they can sense your bodies wishes as well!
I always leave relaxed and ready to drink a gallon of water– keep flushing out those toxins!
