I’ve been goin to this Nail Salon for over 5 yrs, but every since Pam left to go do nails in Wilsonville, it’s gone down hill. They only have 1 person (Sandy) doing nails and 3 other women who keeps pushing you to get a Pedicure, it’s gotten RIDICULOUS! I’VE HAD APPOINTMENTS, and it’s ran me 10 to 15 min behind, and then my nail would be uneven, because of the rushing she’s doing trying to get to the next person. As you can see im not a happy camper.
Im now going to VIP NAILS, More Technicians, and up to date customers service. thanks

My daughters and I go here for manicures, pedicures and mostly waxing. For waxing, we always ask for either Pam or Sandy. I’ve let one of the other girls wax my eyebrows, but they did not do a good job. Pam is very consistent and does a great job. Sandy is good, but not always consistent. I’ve left there unsatisfied once or twice because she was in a hurry and it shows.
If you want them to take their time, make an appointment. That place can get really busy. All of the ladies do a great job with nails. This place is clean and the everyone is friendly. Their prices are really good too. I would highly recommend these gals for nails or waxing.
