Very professional service and very careful with you items. Ernest really knows what he is doing. I would hire them again.

Most expensive move ever! Torn upholstery on our new sofa, dragged our Organic Cotton King Mattress causing it to be stained. A 1 bedroom apartment move took 2 guys 6.5 hours! Last mover I used was Priestly & Sons, a 2 bedroom townhouse move with washer and dryer! They took 2.75 hours and I didn’t have to do anything! These guys showed up 15 minutes late, no shrink wrap, no pads, one hand truck. I had to go to U-​Haul and get these items. It took them 4 hours to load a 1 bedroom apartment! Seems Ernest likes to spend a lot of time taking pictures! When we arrived at our new place We had 3 hours to get the truck back, I ended up unloading almost half the truck myself! Then he charges me $ 10 stair charge for 8 items??? WTF! Very slow movers, no muscle! Most of our furniture had damage. Some smelled like smoke as they smoked at the back of the truck. Ernest also lied, which was stupid. He said he told me I needed a 4 man crew because the sofa was heavy. We just bought the sofa, the smallest we could find to fit into a 1 bedroom apartment. Pretty sad excuse for movers. Save yourself some money and get a reputable full service mover. We would have but they were all booked up. Ended up paying about $ 100 more than Priestly plus ended up with major damage. Will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General.
II THINK MOVING ALL THE BAD COMMENTS TO FILTERED IS BS! PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW THAT THEIR POSSESSIONS ARE IN JEOPARDY OF BEING DAMAGED!

0 stars!!! Very disappointed in everything. They are not professional. Most of my furniture was scratched and broken. I beg everyone not to use them.

I’m writing this review in regard to excellent customer service. I have not used their moving or labor services yet, but certainly do plan to do so in the future.
Why? I went to their website and put in an e-​mail inquiring about their services for one of our incoming residents who needed some extra helpers for a move. I had an e-​mail in my in-​box the next morning from Ernest letting me know that he would call me at 10 a.m. He did call me exactly at that time.
When he came on the phone, he was positive, upbeat, and ready to work with us. Unfortunately unbeknownst to me, our incoming residents had already contracted with others for their help and only told me that morning. When I told Ernest about that, he was a total gentleman and very understanding.
And that right there is why I’ll be calling Ernest in the future and using his company’s services. He kept his promises, was positive and upbeat, and was ready to work with us in the future. It’s a refreshing difference.

I moved from out of state and wasn’t sure what time I’d get to town. These guys were flexible on time, priced right, hard working, careful, polite and well spoken. What more could you ask for?
