I work hard. My work days are often extremely long, and it can be tough to cram a meal in. It is for this reason I am so very thankful for the good ol’ American institution of McDonalds. With a set menu that changes very infrequently, I know I can go in and order some imitation of food, and have it arrive at my fingertips the very same way as it did the last time I frequented a McDonalds. So why then is this review 1 star? 4 of us ordered, 3 colleagues and I. We each took our turn to order, and each waited as the clerk took our orders. I ordered a number 2. I made NO changes to how the order comes, other than to say I wanted to splash out on the extra dollar and order a large. So when our order comes out, and mine is not there, I am forced to ask the question: what about a number 2; large, was so difficult to comprehend?! Was it so difficult to listen to the words emanating from my mouth, and operate the register appropriately? These people want $ 15 an hour?! For what?! Getting my freaking order wrong? I have been to some good McDonalds locations… This was not one of them. There’s a Taco Bell up the road, do that. Or the burger king across the street.

About 60% of the time there’s a crazy inside shouting and cursing. I got followed around the restaurant by one who looked in my bag and threatened to kill the employees if they got my order wrong. They did. But he doesn’t know that.

I wouldn’t even give it one star. The person before me in the drive through left the line. I asked if they had my correct order since the person before me left. The clerk said,“Oh yeah, there is one eggwhite delight and a big breakfast.” I get home to give to my ailing father. There was no sausage in the big breakfast and no eggwhite delight. So I left the food we did get with my father. I went back to tell them that they messed up the order. I was asked two times: 1) where is the food; and 2) where is the receipt. I told them I was just here 3 minutes ago. The gave me the sausages and the eggwhite delight. They said sorry insincerely. When I got back home, there had been oil pour in the bottom of the bag. The egg white delight was not edible. I called the company, since they have the phone number posted. You get a voice message that says they will get back to you within 24 hours. This place has always screwed up orders.

McDonald is a McDonald but this particular one is always very slow. They have two ordering machines but only ever use one. On more then one occasion I have to wait 10+ minutes and one time 20. I called the phone number to explain my concern three different times and no call back. This is the closest in proximity to my house or I wouldn’t go anymore. Today I ordered breakfast and got uncharged 20 cents for unsweetened iced tea. I asked why and she told me to hold on. A few seconds later she tried to take my order again, she then told me to pull forward. When I did she was yelling at someone behind her. Closed the window. Then told me she didn’t know why they up charged me and then started to take someone else’s order leaving the charge on my screen.

When they mess up your order, they should offer to make it right before throwing away food!

I am not a fan of fast food, however, there are times when it is convenient for the kids. I have given this particular locations 4 tries and I’m done. Each and every time they mess up our order and we have to go back to get it resolved. It’s crazy, they are rude and don’t seem to care when they mess up. I can’t believe they are still in business as it appears I’m not the only patron having these issues. What a disaster!

I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect or pure rudeness more then at this McDonald’s. I will NEVER come her again.

Hmmm… let me sum this up succinctly: a «steak house» Burger should at least have the burger! Somehow this was missing. Too pissed to drive back and complain. Get it together!!!

The food was hot and fresh, the restaurant was fairly clean, however, the Swing manager that took my order(Sonya or Tonya) got my order wrong and was rude. I had a similar experience at this particular restaurant the last time I was here a few weeks ago. I wouldn’t recommend bringing your kids here as its got a rough edge to it!

This place seems to put its newest employees on the cash register, then abandons them to figure it out. I can’t count the number of times I’ve been stuck in line while the person running the POS has to search for common items, or wait for someone to come from the back to give them a hand. This is a high traffic store in a bum corridor. I get that you probably burn through counter help. But you’re doing nobody any favors by dumping rookies up here. Not your customers, not yourself and certainly not the poor souls suffering through their first few shifts. Other than that. Mmmm, hash browns.

So apparently McDonald’s now wants to charge an «I’d like my food to taste good» tax. I ordered an Egg McMuffin and was told I needed to give them an additional 12¢ if I wanted a packet of mild picante sauce. Me: «Um, well I just ordered this breakfast sandwich. I don’t want extra, just one to put on my sandwich.» Clerk: «We only give them out free with the breakfast burrito.» Okay, so let me get this straight, if I buy a $ 1 breakfast burrito which is wrapped up and already plenty spicy, I get free picante sauce, but if I spend $ 3.29 on your dry Egg McMuffin I need to pay 12¢ more? Me: «Well I don’t really want this sandwich then.» Clerk: «Sorry, no refunds.» Is this even legal? Not charging for sauces, but the policy of «no refunds for customers who are misled to thinking they are getting one thing but then have to pay more for it after signing on?»

I didn’t see any issues with this McDonalds. It’s the one that has a drive thru, but I went inside. It’s clean, the fries came out hot and the burger too! Their ApplePay works! The food and everything taste like most every other McDonald’s place that has a good staff. As good as a McDonald’s can get when I went.

The manager at this restaurant was so rude to me today that I just had to drive off. They got my order wrong and then refused to sell me a medium fry. I asked her to make my order right and she refused. all she kept doing was insisting that I pay for the medium fry when I agreed and asked for the medium fry and she would repeat again that I had to pay for them five times, I’m not really sure what to make of this person. Did she just not understand what was happening or did she think she needed to win the conversation or did she just completely and totally disregard Common decency. Thanks for listening to my rant.

Worst fast food experience ever! My first mistake was deciding to stop there for lunch. Going through the drive through was the second mistake. Although ordering my meal was pleasant enough and even the person that took my money was courteous and pleasant but what a let down the person was at the next window. When I pulled up he was engaged in a conversation with another employee about when she was getting off work. Apparently she had ten more minutes before she was going home. That conversation was more important the the window person, than looking me in the eye when he handed me my drink but I was graced with his attention when he handed me my food order. He was holding the top of the bag with his forefinger and thumb as if the bag contained something disgusting. He extended his arm out and said«here you go» then dropped the bag into my hand and with that he turned his back to me, and went back to the conversation with the employee that now had about eight minutes before she went home. The food was cold and there wasn’t even a napkin in the bag. If you like rude service and lukewarm food then run, don’t walk to this McDonalds. If, on the other hand, you like your food fresh and hot and served with a courteous attitude then run to Burger King or Wendy’s both of which are across the street!

First day of school for my little one. September 4th. Decided to get a nice MCD breakfast to surprise him. NOTSONICE… The woman was very rude, blonde haired women who was wearing either a assistant manager or manager blue shirt. I asked if it was busy to empathize with some of the pressure of the morning. Again, was very rude. At this point it was time to ask her for her name. She then replied she doesn’t give her name out and she will not give it to me and asked why I needed it. I believe managers can not ‘not’ give their names. I then replied that was OK and I’ll be back later to file a complaint and she literally laughed out loud and carried on… Very rude. I will make another decision when it comes to breakfast… There are plenty of other options literally on the blocks next door… Burger king across the street… Wendy’s a corner away and a taco bell that is being remodeled 2 blocks away. Not to mention chipotle and other restaurants within a mere 3 block radius. I have been to this McDonald’s many time before but for the sake of my children and for my morning joy before a busy day at work — this location is no longer an option. Again, there are better options. This McDonald’s has lost my business and I will spread the word to other families as this is my neighborhood and I care for our well being.

It’s alright. It was pouring outside so I didn’t want to venture too far to get breakfast. Fortunately, I was staying at the Courtyard in the Lloyd Center area so there are numerous eateries nearby. In fact, the hotel is within a block of the three major fast food burger chains, McDonald’s, Burger King and Wendy’s. And those three just happen to be located within one block of each other. I decided to go to McDonald’s since I am the most familiar with their breakfast menu. This location is next to the bus stop for the Trimet route 6 bus and just across the street from the Portland Streetcar CL line. Thus making it a convenient place to grab a quick bite to eat. This is one of the old style McDonald’s restaurants, not one of those spruced up new style McCafe locations. The area is for the most part safe, but there are certainly some strange characters that you see in the vicinity of here. Grabbed a few old time favorites here including the sausage McMuffin($ 1), a hash brown($ 1) and breakfast burrito($ 1.49). While the service was prompt and I was able to get in and out of here quickly. The food was predictably so-so, but edible. The McMuffin and hash brown were perfectly fine. But the breakfast burrito was quite the tiny portion. For some reason, I remember these being bigger and a bit more appetizing. While I like the convenience and location of this McDonald’s, I would say that there are better eateries in the Lloyd Center to get food. Given my predicament, this was a perfectly acceptable choice. But I would have not ventured here otherwise.

Tough to give any high remarks to a McDonald’s. It was clean, so plus one, and it has a drive through and red box, plus one, and its open 24 hours for drive through, last plus one. However, a few us went and people got sick so gotta knock em down a few. It’s a McDonald’s you know what you are getting.

Check out the Unilocal photos for a pic of the«medium» fries I received today. I hardly ever go to McDonald’s, but today I was craving some fries. I asked for a medium fries and 5 packs of ketchup. Reasonable and simple. What I got was, 2 packs of ketchup and a kid-sized portion of fries. Get it together, guys.

Time: 2AM Reason: Someone was craving a cheeseburger(it wasn’t me). Someone wanted small french fries(and it also wasn’t me). We went to the drive through and I ended up ordering these things also: X and eventually upgrading the fries to a large order instead of a small! McDeez is what it is. Your dependable fast-food restaurant. This place has a 24 hour drive through and it’s nice that it’s pretty close to the 5 freeway. The next day, I just ended up being bloated from all the sodium I consumed the night before. McDonald’s did it’s job!
