I have been to the one over on 82^nd a few times, I’ve been happy with the results but I am a west side guy and it is quite a ways over there, Then I remembered seeing one over near Lloyd Center, not that I go there often, or even most years but it is just across the bridge… so I decided to give it a try.
Its a lot smaller lot and everything feels kind of cramped. Like the other one they seem to assume everyone who drives in is a regular. So I had to stop them to get them to tell me what to do/​where to go etc.
I wanted «the works» where they wash the car, vacume it and wipe everything down, Its usually twenty bucks but they are still running the holliday special (end of January) so I got it and a pass for next time for thirty four bucks. For nine bucks more you can get RainX.
I really like the setup over on 82^nd better, more room to maneuver, and the waiting setup is also better (and I’ve never found them out of the free popcorn). This one does have alot of outside seating though which would be nice on a warm day…
Still the results are good, my car is clean inside and out and ready for a big weekend! It’s not fast but the do a much better job for me then I would ever do.
The two locations are similar but I prefer the setup over on 82^nd. Still I will probably come here more as it is so much closer for me.
Tip: the pacages come with a tree air freshener if you ask (they have never reminded me) I plan to avoid the Ocean Breeze scent in the future as it smells like shower soap…

Im a über and lyft driver, had unlimited wash subscription, go in the other day, and they tell me they have canceled our wash subscripton, and will not serve über drivers on their promotions anymore. Lost a customer, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

The singular WORST wash I’ve ever had in the 8 years I’ve had my car. I took it in today and got the full $ 20 treatment. Unbelievable how dirty those idiots left my car. There were still spots I asked them to get off on the hood. I have a hatchback and they didn’t even OPEN THE DAMN HATCHBACK and clean THE BACK/​TRUNK OF THE CAR! There were still pine needles in the grooves of the frame of the hatchback when you open the hatch and still nothing but dirt on the floor. Unf**kingbelievable. There was dirt STILL in my front seat. That stuff they spray on your tires to make them look all shiny? Yeah… they sprayed a tiny little line all around the edge of the tire and that’s it. They FORCED my antenna down and taped it for some stupid reason… now it makes this weird sound when it goes up and down. I was in a massive hurry and could kick myself for not checking the car before I left. You can BET I’m going back tomorrow and demanding compensation for f**king up my antenna… and if they don’t they will be talking to a lawyer. Don’t EVER take your car to this joke of a car wash.

Not great. For $ 20 one would assume a decent wash, but it’s just not. The team is really efficient and friendly. It’s always busy so the wait can be long but they are movin. Maybe that’s why the actual quality isn’t great. Just not clean. Not that I expect it to be detailed. But…
Will either do it myself or find another option.

Long wait for a car wash I could have done with my hose. They never remove any dirt that doesn’t come off in the wash… also, apparently the most expensive wash does not include a tire shine or interior window clean because neither was done on my visit on Monday.
The staff constantly yells at each other and the cashier must wish she had another job because she is cold and not friendly in the least… not even a smile when taking my cash. Everyone that works there seems miserable… if the management was more upbeat, perhaps their staff would be too and the work wouldn’t suffer. The atmosphere there is very tense and not inviting. Probably why I go so long without washing my car since this is the most convenient location to me. Looks like I’ll have to find another car wash.

For the volume of customers that they have here that customer service is very very good the guys are on point very professional and they give you thorough vacuuming they don’t cut corners on when you’re cleaning that’s a fantastic business highly recommend that’s my favorite car wash in Portland

This place sucks! Didn’t check the back after asking them to wipe down the back. $ 20 plus tip to boot. Annoying!

Prices have skyrocketed and no more coupons! $ 20 for inside and out, really? Management is much more friendly at two other locations.

I am on the fence — some days this place is great and sometimes it isn’t. Mostly good but I do have a filthy car inside and I have noticed that they don’t always vacuum as well as I would like which if I wanted to do a better job I guess I could just do it at home. Mostly go for the interior because my exterior I could care less about… folks seem to work very hard here, though.

First time here today and $ 20 got me a super clean car inside and out. It was vacuumed out really well and the service was extremely fast. Mind you I showed up at 8:30am on a Sunday so I can’t comment on busier times or if there had been a ton of cars ahead of me.
It would’ve taken me much longer if I had done it myself.
Will definitely be back again.

I’ve been here so many times, probably once a month. Came in yesterday afternoon for the complete inside/​outside wash and dry.
My windows look worse than they did before, streak marks everywhere. I had a white spot on my leather that they didn’t even bother to touch, yet when I took a napkin with water to it, it came right off. I left it there on purpose to see if they’d clean it. They didn’t touch my side door panels as my shoe marks are still there. The back bumper was half-​ass washed as there’s still dirt residue.
It’s obvious that they don’t take the time that each car/​customer deserves to give it a thorough cleaning. Real bummer too, because I really, really want to like this business more than I do. They leave me feeling unsatisfied and like I got totally ripped off.

Pretty sure the auto wash left little dents along the side of my car. They told me it looked like a shopping cart did it. Which is funny cause I read an older review where the guy used the same line with someone else. Washed cars here before with no problem but I’m pretty sure I will be washing my car by hand from now on.

I’m used to having to run my car through the wash and then plug the vacuum machines with all my quarters to clean the inside. Here, they take your car, clean the outside and the inside pretty thoroughly.
The lobby has iPads and TV’s, it’s clean and comfortable.
Today I had the seats cleaned which includes a car wash, interior vacuum, wheel shine and an air freshener.
They have other «detailing services» like fabric washing, deodorizing, etc. call ahead to make sure there isn’t a line.

I desperately needed a carwash because of lovely bird dropping gifts on my windows… decided to pay the 7 $ for a runthrough. I do like that this place will let you go through again if you don’t think your car got clean enough.
I had a coupon for a detailing and it wasn’t as thorough as I would’ve liked. But the 7 $ run through is great. I don’t think that I would do as good of a job as the machines do. It just feels nice to have a clean car and the location is pretty good too.

I think this must be one of the closest full wash? Car washes in Portland. I’m a pretty loyal customer, which means I make an appearance here about once every 2 – 3 months depending on the weather and the grossness of my poor little car.
I guess for $ 20 it isn’t that bad of a job, but I always feel like I’m somehow getting ripped off. Doesn’t the works come with air freshener? How come my car still smells like it normally does and there is an absence of lemon cardboard around (like how hard is that) If I’m paying for it, I want it.
There’s almost always missed spots and dirt still lingering, but it’s always in much better shape than it was when I arrived.
Whatever, I’ll be back again.

I’ve been coming here for many years. I get the basic washes. With the basic you get shot through the wash, they wipe the exterior of the car and off you go.
As of late its a wipe here, rub there and in the end you have a half washed looking car. Either wipe it down TOTALLY or dont touch it. The half wipe looks like do-​dah

This is a good place to get your car detailed or just washed as long as you don’t expect it to be perfect. This is assembly-​line style. Time is money here and that is why this place is very affordable. The cars are rushed through like cattle. If you choose more than just an exterior wash you get a free air freshener for your vehicle as well. Try to avoid going on a nice day because you will have a wait. It’s a good idea to understand the menu choices prior to arriving because it can be very confusing. There is a website that explains the difference between the choices. Costco also offers discounted gift cards to this establishment every once a while for additional savings.

The staff are so super friendly and the wash was thorough and actually kind of fun!
It was very busy and they got through the line in a matter of seconds it seemed! I was worried and my worries were laid to rest after I saw how quickly the cars were rolling through the line!
I will be a regular here!

We usually get the $ 6 car wash, which is an adequate $ 6 car wash, but recently we splurged for the big time detailing package – inside and out – and I was amazed at the good job these guys did, especially on the inside of the windshield, an area that has been just about impossible for me to clean. I really wasn’t expecting the service to be as great as it was. Why have I suffered through a spring and half a summer not being able to see out of the window because of the paw prints?
