Nicole (aka Nicki) was so nice and friendly! She for sure demonstrates authentic customer service and integrity. She made sure to actually connect with her customers and I appreciate that. Thanks Nicole!

Moment of weakness… Got a dbl quarter pounder with cheese meal and tried the new cheese sticks. The cheese sticks were great! Tiny but good. Burger had clearly sat out for hours, it was dry, crusty on the edges and devoid of flavor. My fries were actually cold in the middle on some and really hard/​dry on the others. I don’t know if they are trying to cut corners by doing a lot of food in advance bit at almost 11.00 it had better be fresh and taste like 11.00. The cashier could clearly not multitask… Took an order, then delivered it and stood around, then she would take another order. Perhaps drive thru or the kitchen would be better?

Complete wrong order in drive thru as in someone else’s order and there were only two cars… Just a bummer they didn’t double check before rushing us through.

When the correct food comes out, it is good for a fast food place. However, it was everything except for good during my visit. I ordered food and a soft drink but the cashier messed up for the fourth visit in a row which is absolutely unacceptable (yes, it was the exact same cashier four times in a row; I visit at the same time of day each time here). If I order a large soft drink then I mean a large soft drink instead of a medium soft drink. This is not a big deal this time but she would not correct anything when I brought up other problems to her. I attempted to correct the situation with another employee but it seemed a little difficult. I should not be required to ask for a correct cup each visit when almost everyone else in line who orders a drink receives a cup without asking for it (nor should I ask to correct a mistake when it was not my fault [I asked twice for the correct cup but received the wrong cup so I understood that I would not receive the right cup]). Additionally, I should not need to ask for a straw. The straws are kept behind the counter here so customers need to receive a straw with a cup so I feel like straws should come out without me asking for it. Another employee called the wrong number so I was frustrated further. She told me that she called my number but I told her that she needs to call the correct number next time. I won’t tolerate waiting for my food when employees call the wrong order number. It should not be this hard to order food at a place like this.

Biggest a-​holes of our neighborhood. They trash our streets with their nasty garbage, don’t maintain their property at all, and encourage customers (with a big sign!) to park in the cul de sac behind their property (which is NOT their property at all… so they don’t do anything to maintain or clean this area that THEY are responsible for ruining)! Just an awful, awful business all around.

I went to this location last night for some 4^th meal (so glad McDonald’s stopped ruling with an iron fist and breakfast is finally available all day) and they didn’t have ketchup. No joke. McDonald’s without ketchup is un-​American. Get it together Powell’s McDonald’s… get it together…

Longest I’ve waited at any fast food drive through. The food is usual McDonald’s. But seriously… there’s not even that many cars in line. What the f.

Hate McDonald’s but they have a decent iced coffee and prefer to get my coffee here over the Starbucks down the street with the super unprofessional employees.

The fat guy in drive through that sounds like Mufasa wants to find out what it’s like to have that attitude outside of work. Keep snarling things out of people’s hands and you gonna see someone’s hands. This place is a joke, the owner should be ashamed of their employees.

You can build a new building but the service and quality food will always be the same third time I was missing food from my order and the fries were so over done I couldn’t even eat them … It would be nice if they raised the bar a bit and offered better service and high quality of food … If you can actually understand what they mumble through the drive thru box you will be greeted by someone having a conversation with a coworker that is not at all appropriate for any customer service environment so disappointed I don’t think I will be doing business with them any more

The only time I went here was with a friend because his parents refuse to eat at Burgerville and it was terrible. Had the 10 piece «Chicken McNugget» even though the server said 20 was a better deal. Never eating at any McDonalds or any other fast food place outside of Burgerville ever again. In Fact, McDonalds should’ve never existed in the first place.

This is the ghetto McDonald’s ! I would rather eat in a bus station bathroom. Gross filthy place that’s run down and nasty, have you ever seen the movie «Lean on Me» staring Morgan Freeman? Remember the condition of the high school when he first took control… That’s this McDonald’s… It’s not safe here.

I don’t write reviews often, especially for fast food chains BUT, the man working drive thru tonight was really rad. They forgot a portion of our nuggets, which my boyfriend and I never go to mcdonalds for anyway, but a late night craving called… We got home, realized they weren’t there, immediately called and we were given two options… We took the first option (to show up and get the rest of the food we payed for) and we were immediately greeted by the kind man working behind the speaker and he even threw in a couple pies. Very awesome and we really appreciated it (even though we really don’t need all of that food hahaha). High five, dude! You rule.

In the range of McDonalds, this one would rank near/​at the bottom. Ordered 1 item – a fish sandwich. Couple of minutes later they called me up to the counter to ask for more money because they’d charged me for a chicken sandwich. Strike 1. I then ordered a Diet Coke. Bad idea. Totally flat, nary a bubble. Strike 2. They checked the machine that supplies drive-​in customers. Also flat. (And, they commented, it didn’t smell right). I asked if they could fix one or the other machine. Manager said can’t do it now. Strike 3. Perhaps they might offer a refund of my measly dollar. (admittedly, I didn’t ask). Nope. Strike 4.

This location always seems to be busy every time I go in. The food is standard for McDonalds and they now have an ap for your phone you can download.

I have a McDonalds about three blocks away from my apt but I bypass it everytime because the service at this one on powell is so much better from my experiences there. I truly have never gotten cold food or a missing item from this location. The night manager was very friendly over the drive through intercom and I am glad to be treated as a person not just a sale.

How you feel about Mickey D’s aside, there’s good McDonalds franchises and there’s bad McDonalds franchises.
This is one of the latter.

I hate McD! Though I F’n LOVE THE FRIES! not enough to eat every day or week or once a month. But they are delish! Everything else they serve is gaaaaarbage!
Nobody should go here!
On a few ‘refer madness’ trips I made through the drive through, it was prompt! They were nice. And I did eat all my fries before pulling out back onto Powell
