I found these guys while they were working on a large Apartment. As a real estate investor I always know contractors that work with Apartment owners are usually reasonable and very good. I wasn’t disappointed. These guys worked on one of my flips and did a great job restoring my fir floors with sanding and three coats of finish. They even worked extra hard at little extra cost to bring up an unexpected tarry mess in the kitchen. This is backbreaking, serious work, these guys did a great job at a very low price. The estimate was free as well and Tommy was very friendly.
