Unprofessional. Unprofessional live & in person. Unprofessional telephone message. Unprofessional telephone etiquette.
Dirty: I was told to have a seat… all the seats had hair on them & the seats weren’t even in the cutting area!
I was offered water. The customer next to me was offered wine.
Pricing is vague & color was not done well.
At no time did the owner introduce himself.
A bit about pricing: I paid full price which is a moving target. The price you pay depends on everything & anything. Prices posted on their website range from $ 50-​$ 90 When asked what determines the price I was told price is determined «by the stylists’ level of expertise, but also by the type of color that you’ll be getting» However, at not point in time during your consultation do stylists mention pricing. The customer before me got a «first time customer discount», I didn’t. I had to pay full price. Full price, for me, on that day with the sun shining and the wind out of the NE was $ 80… for a color that was not a permanent color it was considered a demi. Did they do a great job with the color? No! They didn’t even do an acceptable job with the color.
I’ve reached out to Bumble & Bumble in NYC. As far as I’m concerned this salon is not up to B&B standards.

Horrific service. Walked in and the girl at the front was talking on the phone and said «one minute» then proceeded to have a 10 minute chat with her friend about the weather and boys. I was interested in getting a manicure but will definitely not come back here. Also, the other people working kept looking out from the back but never assisting. Terrible service. Go to many of the other better, cleaner, and more competitively priced salons close by!

Aly is my stylist and she is awesome! I came to her after getting a mess of job at another salon, and she fixed it beautifully. She has been my go-​to ever since. I swear I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair cut and color, she just knows how to work it. I have sent 2 friends and brought my mom there when she was in from Michigan, and all of them raved about the job Aly did. The receptionists are awesome, and the place is always super clean. All around worth the money to get services done at this salon, hands down!

Of the many characteristics I possess that make me more of a dude than a chick: my height, no-​nonsense attitude (shhh — that’s what I like to call it), love of most sports, ability to drink ANYONE under the table (not that I do anymore), and dirtier than average mind for a lady are my favorites.
The suck-​ass hair on my upper lip is at the very bottom of the list. In fact, it’s gone. I had it waxed off Friday with no appointment at Legends.
Between meetings, on a business trip, far from home, Katie got me a little closer to lady on the outside — there’s really nothing that can be done about the rest of me.
