Ladd Carriage House

This building is a leftover of a very different Portland when where the Oregonian Building is now was the William S Ladd mansion. This building is what is left of the estate. The stalls and haylofts were converted into offices, Then the building was temporarily moved whill a garage for the apartments next door was built underneath Now it houses Raven and Rose (a restaurant on the first floor.
The buildings exterior and the restaurant Raven and Rose were featured in episode 303 of the TV show Grimm where the chef a Bauerschwein has been killing Blutbad that eat there by feeding them Black Despair Mushroom, which is poisonous to Blutbad but no one else.
It was first listed in the National Record of Historic Places in 1980 but was taken off 2008 because of the move but it was again listed in 2010.
