First time I came here I ordered a Prime rib dip sandwich. Which was absolutely terrible the bread they use was not suited at all for the sand which and they used roast beef deli meat instead of prime rib meat. The only thing that was decent about the sandwich was the juice you dip your sandwich in. I gave it another try and I ordered general tso chicken, sweet and sour Pork with chow mein. The meat was not bad they just don’t give you a whole lot of it. I did not like the chow mein one bit. Its boiled noodles with no sauce on it. To say the least I probably will not be returning back to eat here.

I ate here on 12÷4÷15. Let me just say this place is disgusting, looks like it hasn’t been cleaned, horrible costumer service, and the food was TERRIBLE. I’d rather go to McDonald’s then eat here. Worst burger i ever tried.(I’ve had better at gas stations) the chinese was dried out. I wouldn’t even feed my dog this«food» i am highly displeased this place is still running it should have a thorough cleaning inspection done. I’ve worked at many restaurants and never ever been inside of one so nasty dirty and unsanitary. Waste of my money and time. I will never be back. Warning anyone who eats there to reconsider. I wouldn’t even feed a dog this crap.

This place is right down the road from my work, so it’s nice that it’s close and they cook things quickly. Is it the best Chinese food I’ve ever had? No, not even close. I am a San Francisco native and I might have higher standards then most Oregonians with Chinese food. If it resembles Panda Express, you aren’t going to win me over. Noodles, meh, rice, meh, general tsao chicken, eh alright(5⁄10). If you are close by and need something quick to eat I would say stop by, why not. It’s priced pretty well and you get a decent portion. If you want advice on what to order: The teriyaki short ribs are the best bang for your buck that you can get. Taste wise and cost wise.

Very good Chinese food and teriyaki. Portions are generous and at a good price. The new owners are very friendly. If you’re in the area give this place a try.

I don’t even remember how I found this place but I love it. I came here for the teriyaki and haven’t even ever tried anything else because it’s the best teriyaki I’ve found in Portland(and great portions). It’s simple, just rice, meat, and a good teriyaki sauce. Don’t let the outside fool you, this place is a must try for their Japanese cuisine.

I’ve been going to Kings since they first opened up. They offer a good selection of subs, sandwiches and Chinese food. You can beat the amount of food you get for the price you pay.

Was in Portland for a week to help open up a store. This Deli was right across the street, decided to stroll right over there and try it our. It wasn’t that bad, had a roast beef sandwich on white. It’s nothing that you would tell mom about! But it did the job. Had my sammi, chips, and soda! Left there with a smile on my face and finished the work day off! If I was ever back at that store again, Yes! I would come here again.

This is a deli. Order a sandwich. They also do Teriyaki and all that usually goes along with Teriyaki. The sandwiches are great, the Teriyaki is good enough. If you roll in here and order French Toast like a maniac, of course you’ll be disappointed… The service is great, the place is spotless. Great for a fast lunch now as then.

There’s not much to say, what I can tell you is the French Toast was really bad, taste like it was cooked in old bacon grease. When I used the restroom the toilet paper was on the floor. Gross

Ended up here after being stuck waiting for tires at Les Swab. I decided to see what the area had to offer. Walking up, I had no idea what this place was going to be, but I was pleasantly surprised once I got in. King’s Deli is a nice little affordable lunch-time eatery. I ordered the daily special and I can’t imagine getting a better deal anywhere else. I got steamed cabbage, rice, chicken teriyaki, 3 shrimp and a soda. Most of there food is Chinese style affair but I did notice some burgers and fries and even breakfast. While living in NE it’s nice to find a place like this that’s feeds the neighborhood.
