The CCB judgement for the floor (the one item that the CCB couldn’t force them to fix) totalled at 22 400+, but all I received was the bond of 15k.
However, they are starting up a new company licensed by the CCB despite the fact that they still owe me $ 7400.
They left me with a house that has a molding roof and is violating a boundary to public property, i.e. I’ve been swindled out of the only nest egg I had.
The lawsuit is in progress, and I can only hope it comes out right.
We’re moving into a rental house because I’m allergic to mold. We just plain cannot stay here.
There does not seem to be a justice system for crooks like these people. Stay clear!
