I am currently renting a property with K5. I have dealt with some pretty bad property managers in the past, but this place is great! Workorder’s have been completed within 24 hours which rarely happens with rental companies. But this company is very helpful, understanding and kind. Also, our manager Julia is the greatest! She was super helpful in searching for apartments and is always available for questions.

I rented a property with K5. Although I didn’t end up staying the whole lease, the management team was really great. The whole process from move in to move out was easy and efficient. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive that they are offsite, but they reply really quickly and are just really friendly people! I would definitely rent from them again if it was the right time and place!
