Andy + I are SO pleased that Gene sorted out our dated kitchen plumbing in less than 2 hours — I called and left a message on Sunday and he called me back within 5 minutes to schedule an appointment for Monday AM. Completely unexpected! He sorted what we thought were two separate issues with the Kenmore dishwasher and a very bad issue with the garbage disposal and pipes under the sink. I was able to save money by cancelling the appointment with Sears and my husband adored Gene’s answer to the question, «What was wrong?» Gene: «Gravity.» LOL He is at the top of our list now. Good call for prompt and professional service in the John’s Landing neighborhood — and beyond.
