First of all I got charged $ 15 for delivery in downtown, when it was suppose to be free for over $ 200 purchases. The mattress and the box do not even match. The mattress is smaller than the box. I was never told that it will be a mix and match set. When it was delivered, the guy just dropped it off and took off as soon as possible. He did not even bother to set up the frame. The frame has locking wheels, but it still wobbles around. I am extremely dissatisfied by this shady business and poor customer service.

My wife and I purchased a Mattress at JK today and it was the cheapest one we could find after a long search. The Mattress was of great quality, and we received excellent service. Everywhere we had called offered to deliver the next day, and JK delivered not only the same day, but within two hours of our purchase. We would definetely reccommend JK to friends and/​or family.
