Great experience. I sold my car and needed to buy one but was finding myself frustrated with the lack of cars and the prices. I had used a broker before to purchase a car and it was good experience. I emailed him and he responded very quickly, asking me pertinent questions to identify my needs, wants and price point. Within two days he had a lead on the car for me. Within hours of that lead I had an appointment to see the vehicle privately. I ended up buying the car, which is in pristine shape, and using getting an even better deal on financing than I had through a local credit union. I can not recommend Jim’s service more. I would sit at a dealership all day negotiating the price I wanted for a vehicle. Not a huge fan of wasting my time or my weekend but I wanted that «great» deal. I found Jim in 2008 and WOW was I impressed! Since then we have bought 6 vehicles from him or had him negotiate the deal at a dealership. He calls them up gets the bottom dollar price and In most cases we walked into the dealership, did test drive and did all paperwork within 1 hour of arriving and driving away our new ride.
